Pros:

La ubicación. Y la casona es lindíisima y muy bien tenida.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación muy pequeña entonces el baño tenía una puerta de vidrio templado. Eso fue algo incómodo

Gorgeous boutique hotel: incredible views, wonderful value.
Pros:

This little boutique hotel is fantastic if you're in Valpairaso to see the cute, clean neighborhoods, little shops and many excellent restaurants, and a view of the bay. Free, fresh breakfast, and restaurants within just a few seconds walk!

Cons:

My room on the second floor, and the stairs up are not for the faint of heart. Don't think there's an elevator, so I'd recommend staying here for the young and spry. Also a bit of a hike to get to the hotel, if you walked across town from the bus terminal like I did. And the last 10 minutes are punishing stairs up the slope.

Una linda escapada.
Pros:

Me gustaron mucho la atención y la decoración del lugar. Siempre se siente como un lugar especial y escondido en Valparaíso. La zona de desayuno, con vista a la bahía, es espectacular y muy íntima.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó es linda, pero la tina es un poco pequeña. La calefacción no estaba funcionando y hacía un poco de frío, pero se pudo aguantar.

Maravilloso lugar
Pros:

Qué es súper cómodo para salir a pasear porque queda cerca de todo. Es tranquilo y limpio y el personal agradable. El desayuno espectacular.

El hotel en si es bello, bien conservado. La habitación todo limpio y cómoda. Los servicios muy buenos y el personas super simpáticos

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que no me quede más días en el hotel para disfrutarlo. De verdad que disfruté mucho la estadía.

Hermoso lugar, excelentes y amables recepcionistas y personal.
Pros:

El personas y los recepcionistas (dos chicos jóvenes), fueron extremadamente coordiales, nos dieron buena información del edifico y la ciudad.

Cons:

Había un hoyo semitapado sucio en la pared de la pieza. Supongo que era algo transitorio o un error.

No me ofrecieron opciones de comida cuando indiqué que era celíaca. La razón fue por la hora y avisé con más de 12 horas de antelación. La ducha suena mucho, nos picaron zancudos.

Cons:

De bij boeking beloofde champagne was er niet. Parkeren 2 blokken verder. Onze auto lijkt gebruikt door anderen. Er was opeens in gerookt.
