Ko có chỗ nào để thích

Cons:

Đặt phòng từ sớm đến ngày nhận phòng nv gọi lại nói căn hộ minh đặt bị hư máy lạnh nên dời gđ qua chỗ khác , gđ cũng chấp nhận . Gd minh đi chơi đến tối hơn 9h mới tới nhận phòng nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì phòng máy lạnh hư rất nóng , hệ thống thoát nước rất chậm có cả con rết , khăn tăm hôi mùi hành , phòng thì dơ còn vụn bánh của khách cũ đã ở chưa dọn xong . Khi mình nói đổi phòng thì họ nói ko còn phòng mình hỏi tại sao gd minh đã nhận phòng trễ sao ko kiểm tra kỹ rồi giao khách thì họ nói lúc khách khác trả thì ko bị và nếu gd minh ko ok thì trả cọc lại cho mình
Thật sự rất bực với cách giải quyết của họ , kiểu treo đầu dê bán thịt chó

Uttelrly disgusted by the shameful behaviour of this hotel. It is unacceptable.
Pros:

Nothing to like because the hotel informed me 90 minutes prior to my departure from Bangkok that the hotel was full and asked me to cancel the booking.

Cons:

My room was booked and accepted on Sunday 2nd June. On Friday 7th June and just 90 minutes before boarding my flight, the hotel sent me an email saying the hotel was full. I'm guessing that the hotel had an opportunity to let the room that I booked to another party for a more profitable arrangement.

Pros:

This hotel is worth it for the price we paid. the room was clean and it’s only a short walk to the beach and a short taxi journey to all of the restaurants. the staff also let us check in an hour early.

Always a Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

· We often travel from Hoi An to Danang for the weekend and this is our go to Hotel. The Hotel is close to the Beach, nearly Bars and Restaurants, the rooms are very comfortable and the beds extremely soft. The staff are very friendly and are eager to help. This Hotel is true value for money.
