Appalling it was dirty we asked for 1 room with double bed a single and bunkbeds. We got 2 rooms I had children with me and the eldest didn't feel safe sleeping in the other room on her own. When flushed toilet it made a loud noise through hotel. Wallpaper hanging of ceiling ladders on bunk bed broke. No coat hangers in wordobe 1 towel between 5 of us. 1 loo roll. Stains all over carpet. Curtain didn't even close fully. A garden table in bedroom dog barking all night round back. Charged 10 for parking didn't even stay 24hours. Got told make no noise after 10pm but yet another person talking all could hear everything

The hotel that should be condemned.
Pros:

The owners were ok.
Location ok

Cons:

The room was very small. The beds were cheap and unkempt. Mouldy bathroom and carpets.
The hallway and stairs leading through hotel very rickety and unclean.
Charging me a tenner to park outside when I could of simply parked across the road outside.
I knew what I was letting myself in for and it was cheap, but go there at your peril.

The bed was very comfy

Cons:

Window was broke, was letting in a massive draft as there was a storm. The window had tape across it to keep closed but didn't work, no hot water so couldn't have a shower, and the toilet was cramped into a tiny corner as you can see from photos

Hotel worest3 ever stayed in room put frist had big hotel in single room then toilets did flustered no water would fill up carpet dirty even given towel was full bleach. Om l complain then put me double room it fine but showe leaders broken had en by few hours so tired went bed woken go toilets came back was on my phone bed bug was on hand lots little. Legs that did pack up went 1130pm with my pug dog 🐶 need be taken booking .com please people don't book this hotel 😒 or gebed bugs

Want booking .com investigate this pay 10pounds dog 10 pounds parking worse hotel staying in with bed bugs did send message to Ower she denied this told want get refunds with other shower did broken had enough very angry 😠 so book in other hotel with dog like take this hotel of booking.com due bed bugs see the reviews people put on about bed bugs 🐛 so want full refund and 20pounds pay car park and dog hotel we did stay in. ..

It was horrible. Pay for parking, pay extra for my pet, window was broken couldnt shut it, no curtains over road could see, no toilet rolls, bed was hard, paper covering the fan on ceiling, no towels, no milk, coffee, no tv working, rat in walls as lots of banging. I only stayed a few hours couldnt bear the cold. I not had a refund but waiting on it. Not answered me or booking.com . The place should be shut down. Its not fit for anyone.

Absolute joke
Pros:

Nothink because they took my money for the room and on arival they had no room like how can they do that then it wreked my holiday as i drove all uo to blackpool to have no room whay a waste of my time so weekend break ending up being a day trip

Cons:

Staff overbooked and couldnt accomendate me after taking.money had to wait 5 days for money to come back absolutely avoid

Very poor
Pros:

It was very close to the Pleasure Beach which was useful.

Cons:

On arrival the owner had the nerve to try to charge me a late check-in fee even though I'd specified when booking the time I would be arriving. After arguing the charge was dropped.

The water in the shower was cold, the toilet didn't work, there was no TV in the room which is not what it said when booking.

I tried to complain but the staff were nowhere to be found. I wrote this in the book before leaving. I have stayed here before and it used be nice independent B&B. I won't be going again though.

I didn’t stay in the end i arrived at the property and instantly didn’t like it and didn’t feel comfortable
Pros:

It seemed clean

Cons:

There was no tv in the room, only a live electrical wire hanging out the wall, it had a strong smell of damp, and it took the staff about half hour to check me in even though I was the only one there
