10/10, tout était vraiment parfait ! Nous avons passé un super séjour et n’avons absolument rien à redire.
Le personnel, aussi bien du logement que du Luana Bowls, était adorable et toujours très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon !
Nous recommandons ce logement à 1000 %. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour ! Terima kasih🙏🌸

A beautifully designed place that feels intimate and welcoming.

A wonderful boutique hotel! Everything has been beautifully thought through, from the stylish decor and lush landscaping. It has a relaxed, intimate feel that makes it easy to unwind.

The breakfast was fantastic, and the location was a short, easy walk to both the village and the beach.

Un joli resort très fonctionnel, bien aménagé, bien situé avec un personnel adorable.
Pros:

Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes à loger dans des bungalows séparés, deux par deux. C'était parfait !
Les chambres et salles-de-bains sont impeccables et de très bon goût.
Les bassins piscine au milieu sont joliment aménagés et très agréables pour y nager.
Le coin café pour y prendre le petit-déjeuner et d'autres repas est très joli, accessible aussi bien pour les résidents de Luana que les personnes externes.
Enfin, le personnel et très amical et aux petits soins.
Merci Yudi et Yuni pour votre accueil et d'avoir contribué à la réussite de notre séjour !
PS : Le resort est aussi très situé et il est très facile d'aller en scooter vers les belles plages de Selong Belanak, Lancing/Tampah et Mboizz.

Izjemni ljudje, visok standard bivanja, izjemna urejenost vrta, bazena.
Pros:

Urejenost okolice bungalova, hrana, osebje izjemno prijazno in nemoteče.

Cons:

Morda je za indonezijske razmere cena dokaj visoka, ampak standard ustreza ceni, vsaj za evropske razmere. Izjemen kontrast med urejenostjo v nastanitvi in neurejenostjo v vasi do plaže.

Soggiorno fantastico.
Pros:

Tutto. Dal cibo ottimo ( vegano e vegetariano ) e la struttura è davvero accogliente e ben curata. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile in ogni occasione.
La posizione è molto comoda perché vicina a una delle spiagge piu bella del sud di lombok.

L'hôtel est très beau et est propice à la détente. Les piscines sont chouettes. Il est possible de se faire servir les boissons directement à la piscine.

Cons:

Le service n'est pas à la hauteur du prix de l'hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas attentif, beaucoup d'erreurs (petit déjeuner oublier, erreurs dans les commandes).

Pros:

Wir haben im 4 Bettzimmer übernachtet, das sehr gemütlich und ziemlich groß war. Die Dusche war toll und das Frühstück einfach wunderbar.
Es ist eine tolle, kleine Anlage mit wunderschönem Garten und vor allen Dingen hat mir der Pool sehr gut gefallen.
Das Personal war super freundlich, aufmerksam hilfsbereit und immer am lächeln.
Jederzeit wieder!!!
