Just an amazing stay!
Pros:

Every detail of Xhales is thought through and perfect, amid spectacular surroundings. Super friendly staff, great (and healthy) breakfast, and a very nice spa with sauna, steam bath, and well-supplied fitness room.
Coming here is a good reason to visit the Azores.

Cons:

Only that we could not stay longer.

Fully supported and in tune with nature
Pros:

Wonderful fresh and organic food, caring staff and a great view of the ocean. They organized an amazing coastal hike and delivered lunch. The facilities were amazing with saunas, yoga room, outdoor pool. While lounging at the pool we saw whales.

Cons:

All good, if you like nature and want to be away from the town then this is the place to be. I did not stat in the originally booked room from booking.com but everything was lovely.

Impression d'être dans un endroit désert,vide de toute vie
Cons:

D'apres le parking au 4/5 vide l'hotel était quasiment désert.Or,notre chambre donnait sur le parking.Pourquoi pas vers la mer vu la tres rare fréquentation.
Le dernier matin nous arrivons dans la salle du petit déjeuner que l'on commençait déjà à "déménager"(étagère vidée)

Pros:

Espaço do circuito spa e ginásio muito agradável. Quarto bem acomodado e casa de banho impecável e com tudo o que é necessário.

Localização do quarto excelente, virada para o nascer do sol.
O pequeno almoço muito bom e a respectiva sala com uma vista magnifica.
As funcionárias muito simpáticas e eficientes.

Cons:

A falta de um jacuzzi no SPA.
Também seria muito bom ter um acesso interior do hotel para o SPA, principalmente para os dias chuvosos de inverno.
