Pros:

Staff were very accommodating, we arrived early and they rushed to get the room ready and offered us wine while we waited. Food was very good.

Cons:

Music was played way too loud, room wasn't 100% clean, breakfast started quite late

Warm Georgian hospitality in a charming setting, with comfort levels more in line with a guesthouse than a luxury hotel.
Pros:

The highlight of this stay was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, creating a warm atmosphere that reflects the famous Georgian hospitality. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued as guests. This was by far the brightest part of the experience and the main reason we would gladly consider returning whenever we are passing through Tsinandali again.

Cons:

There was nothing we particularly disliked, but it is worth noting that future guests should not expect the facilities and level of comfort of a luxury four- or five-star hotel. The property is a charming, welcoming guesthouse-style hotel with a beautiful garden and a wonderful team that genuinely cares about its guests.

The rooms and facilities are not brand new, but they are maintained to a satisfactory standard and were clean and comfortable for our stay. One point to be aware of is that the walls and doors are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be noticeable. Unfortunately, some guests next to us were rather loud, and the limited sound insulation did not help.

That said, we booked the property with the right expectations and were not disappointed. The warm atmosphere and exceptional hospitality more than made up for these minor inconveniences.
