Wir waren schon oft im Hotel Tobler, weil es uns dort sehr gefällt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grossartig. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend

Pros:

Lage und Blick. Tolles Frühstück, auch mit Blick über See und Berge. Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Zimmer, Bett und Bad, alles bestens. Parken kostenfrei am Hotel mit ausreichend Platz. Wenn man will, so gibt’s auch Fahrräder/ E-Bike.

Cons:

Wenn man den Blick möchte, muss man halt hoch, zu Fuß sollte man noch beweglich sein, ansonsten mit dem Auto fahren und unten im Ort in einem Parkhaus parken. Es schallt von der Umgehungsstraße der Verkehrslärm herauf, nachts geht es.

Das ganze Hotel. Die Lage. Man braucht kein Auto. Zu Fuss und mit der gratis Ticino Karte kommt man weit. Gratis EBike zum auslehnen für eine schöne Tour. Tolles beheiztes Aussen und Innenbad. Tolles Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Morgensonne. Einfach Topp.

Die Matratzen sind etwas zu weich.

Tolle Lage und Aussicht über Ascona. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check-in!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung im Zimmer und im gesamten Hotel ist ‚ticino-style‘, alles sehr einfach eingerichtet.

Fantastische Aussicht, ruhige Lage, schöne Sitzplätze rund um das Hotel

Cons:

Frühstück wurde angeboten bis 11.00 Uhr. Ab 9.30 Uhr wurde aber nichts mehr aufgefüllt und man stand zum Teil vor leeren Behältern.
