The food

Cons:

Road to get to the hotel is horrible, Jacuzzi didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it until the next day in the morning, staff was not helpful, too many spiders, mosquitoes, and flies. Plus, everything is very expensive.

El lugar es hermoso la comida deliciosa el trato muy amable.

Cons:

No hay privacidad en el jacuzzi se ve de una cabaña a otra y no es cómodo. Podría poner algo para q haya maa privacidad no se una maya algo y poner unos escalones para poder subir es q esta alto.

La sabana de la cama tenía una mancha amarilla, se comentó en 3 ocasiones desde la 1er día que la luz del baño no servía pero nunca fue mantenimiento para la reparación y la regadera del baño al no tener puerta, se sale mucho el agua al piso

Pros:

Las vistas y el jacuzzi son muy buenos, el restaurante con buena variedad y sabor

Cons:

Entran varios insectos a los cuartos, no cambian el agua del jacuzzi diario, no me hicieron el aseo una noche, la atención de una de las recepcionistas dejaba que desear
El camino de acceso es diferente al de maps y es algo complicado entrar si hay lluvia.
