Très joli hôtel avec cuisine d'été familiale, un personnel très gentil et disponible qui nous a aidé dans nos déboires avec la voiture, des kayaks à disposition. Nous recommandons.

La cuisine n'était pas accessible de 12h à 14h et manquait de propreté, d'ustensiles et de chaises pour tous les clients.
L'ensemble manque d'entretien c'est dommage.
3 nuits et aucun ménage, j'aurais apprécié au moins les poubelles vidées car rien ne se jette dans les toilettes dans le pays.
Le site est magnifique avec son accès privé à un ponton réservant des levers de soleil exceptionnels. Paddle et kayak à disposition pour de belles navigations sur la lagune. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Le patio pour la cuisine bien équipé

It misses a light sign to enter the street of the property. The latter street , would be better slightly restored to enter at higher speed. As it is easy to miss and can be dangerous due to the conditions
Très jolie chambre avec une vue magnifique. Le personnel est gentil. La villa est très jolie et confortable. On peut faire à manger sur place. On peut utiliser des kayaks pour explorer la lagune (on nous a offert 2 kayaks à notre arrivée, on était 3). J’ai adoré mon séjour dans la Villa Mandarina. Je recommande l’établissement les yeux fermées
El alojamiento esta muy bien, tiene estacionamiento, es amplio, tiene un pequeño muelle para acceder a la laguna, tiene alberca, cocina en común, la verdad está muy bien distribuido de espacios. Tiene aire acondicionado.
Te piden extra un depósito de seguridad, al inicio incomoda, pero te lo regresan al momento das aviso que dejaste la habitación.
Tampoco me gustó que no hacen la limpieza todos los días, de hecho no limpian desde que ingresas hasta que dejas la habitación.
Sería como un self service.

The location is wonderful. Just a suggestions: add a few hammocks on the dock, that will make the experience even more memorable.
The view and lake access is good. No much else good about this place.
The room and common areas need a complete renovation/maintenance. Completely run down.

Pas ou peu de personnel sur place mais présent par what app et réponse rapide
Las instalaciones están muy bien, las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, el baño y la habitación muy limpias, la piscina muy bonita y las instalaciones con excelente mantenimiento, el estacionamiento amplio, muy buena opción al alojarse con familia. Tienen varias áreas en común en especial la cocina. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con frigobar. Tiene un embarcadero privado.
Que no hacen limpieza de la habitación todos los días, parece más un aribnb que un hotel. Si hubiera el servicio de limpieza todos los días lo calificaría como excelente, pero no es así.
