Pros:

Good location with direct beach entrance and sea view(images provided in room description are accurate). Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom has no ventilation and has an unpleasant smell.
Kitchenette doesn't have electrical outlet, so boiling water in a kettle required placing it somewhere else.
Bedding had worn sheets and for cover only waffle blankets were provided. Upon asking for a standard cotton sheets or duvet covers, we were told that they don't have those.
No slippers or bath robes were provided.
Last issue is more of an Ureki specific - one of the joints nearby likes to blast music up to midnight. Tough luck if you'd like to sleep early.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, персонал очень любезен, наличие бассейна.
Большая терраса с видом на море!
Два кондиционера, отдельный в каждой комнате.

Cons:

Нет ни одной розетки в кухонной зоне, приходилось подключать чайник в другой комнате. Большая кухня, но нет микроволновой печи, трудно что-то подогреть(
Санузел нуждается в ремонте, и конечно же необходима вентиляция в санузле.

Eine kleine Oase zwischen den großen Hotels mit privatem Zugang zur Promenade
Pros:

sehr sauber, gepflegt und auf europäischem Standard. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Meerblick und Zugang zur Promenade über einen privaten Eingang. Die sympathischen Eigentümer führen zudem ein Strand Café mit leckeren Essen und Getränken. Ruhig, freundlich, perfekt für ein entspanntes Badeerlebnis.
