Great Located sea side home for family stay
Pros:

Location is really so good, just few steps away from the sea side. This is mostly Home not hotel, because there is no daily cleaning and daily refreshment service. Check in Process was not so smooth but later on everything fixed. Owner trying to make you comfortable and make suitable stay for you. Just take into consideration, everything you need for sea side there is. You will enjoy walk in sea side, just few steps away from home different restaurants, shops, owner also has cafe which is mostly good for evening view sunset and evening tea or coffee.
It was new experience and thank you for everything.

Cons:

I would love to have additional facilities for Bathroom cleaning, because after sea you making dirty area and need daily cleaning or at least additional napkins and cleaning items.

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage – nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Ein Highlight war der direkte Zugang von der Terrasse zur Promenade. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Великолепный чистый комфортный номер с балконом на море😍 Наслаждались закатом и чудесным видом на пляж. В отеле есть парковка, бассейн и свой бар на пляже, где приятно проводить время вечером. Хозяева просто выше всяких похвал: очень заботливое отношение, нам было очень приятно отдыхать у Вас. Спасибо за гостеприимство!🌹

Good location with direct beach entrance and sea view(images provided in room description are accurate). Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bathroom has no ventilation and has an unpleasant smell.
Kitchenette doesn't have electrical outlet, so boiling water in a kettle required placing it somewhere else.
Bedding had worn sheets and for cover only waffle blankets were provided. Upon asking for a standard cotton sheets or duvet covers, we were told that they don't have those.
No slippers or bath robes were provided.
Last issue is more of an Ureki specific - one of the joints nearby likes to blast music up to midnight. Tough luck if you'd like to sleep early.

Расположение отличное, персонал очень любезен, наличие бассейна.
Большая терраса с видом на море!
Два кондиционера, отдельный в каждой комнате.

Cons:

Нет ни одной розетки в кухонной зоне, приходилось подключать чайник в другой комнате. Большая кухня, но нет микроволновой печи, трудно что-то подогреть(
Санузел нуждается в ремонте, и конечно же необходима вентиляция в санузле.

Eine kleine Oase zwischen den großen Hotels mit privatem Zugang zur Promenade
Pros:

sehr sauber, gepflegt und auf europäischem Standard. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Meerblick und Zugang zur Promenade über einen privaten Eingang. Die sympathischen Eigentümer führen zudem ein Strand Café mit leckeren Essen und Getränken. Ruhig, freundlich, perfekt für ein entspanntes Badeerlebnis.
