Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite e tutto era perfetto: super comodo e pulito, abbastanza nuovo e bello. I letti comodi. Tutto l'hotel è abbastanza suggestivo e divertente. Il personale era molto gentile. La colazione potrebbe essere migliore, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo è comunque buono. La posizione è molto bella, a due passi dal lago, ma un po' lontana dalla civiltà. Comunque nel paese ci sono due ristoranti, di cui uno è quello dell'hotel che non è male. Anche l'altro va bene. Tanti posti al parcheggio. Dopo diversi posti molto turistici, Dunalastair ci ha dato un respiro e abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Prendete un cavo HDMI se volete vedere Netflix ecc. - le tv non sono smart.

Well furnished hotel and we were given upgrades
Lack of management in the dining room detracted from our enjoyment of dinner

Cleaning staff does a great job
1) if you check in a guest in a wheelchair, and you know a ramp is needed for them to get to breakfast the next day, you find the ramp after checking the guest in.
Because it is a logical conclusion that said guest will come for breakfast the next day and need it. This was not done. Staff seemed surprised and then took several hours to find the ramp. We managed, and a kind waiter helped, but that’s not really acceptable with the amount of notice you had.
2) the accessible bathroom in room 105 has a mirror so high that even an able bodied person lacking the height of an NBA player would struggle to see themselves in. Who designed that? There’s literally no point to that mirror. There is also no shelving/storage that is at the height of someone using a wheelchair (and I, being 5ft3, could also barely reach it).
3) service, including reception, needs to be sleeker, far better organised and informed.
4) dinner was bland, with overcooked fish in the bouillabaisse. Again, for the price that is just not good enough.
5) breakfast was low in variety and quality. Again inconsistencies throughout, between what is offered on menu and what is in the room, the statement that yoghurt and fruit belongs to the “made to order” menu and therefore cannot be enjoyed with the buffet when the menu says different- and the lack of continental breakfast items which are present on the menu.
There are several similar inconsistencies between what is offered on paper and what is available. The menus looked like they had been printed on a home printer.
Overall, I think the hotel and its sister hotel Loch Rannoch Hotel have a captive guest pool and therefore believe they can get away with expensive mediocrity. I really hope that will not be the case

Išties gražiai ir komfortabiliai įrengtas viešbutis. Man labai patiko senovinio eksterjero derinys su moderniu interjeru.Numeris buvo labai geras, atskira svetainė su mini virtuvėle, kas suteikia daugiau erdvės ir komforto. Patogi lova. Malonus personalas. Lyginant su kitomis vietomi, kur teko prieš tai nakvoti, tai čia buvo waw !
Maistas, lyginant su kitomis vietomis, kur valgėme Škotijoje, geras ir graži aplinka. Bet tai tik lyginant , o šiaip tikrai yra, kur tobulėti labai stipriai. Nekokybiški kokteiliai. Palikau visą taurę. Kelios poros, kurios sėdėjo lounge zonoje su kokteilias rankose, irgi paliko pilnas taures. Pusryčių metu buvo padėti kieti, seni kruasanai, jokių daržovių.

Hotel molto bello in perfetto stile scozzese
Прекрасный отель! Мы чудесно отдохнули тут. В самом здании понравилось все. Были невероятно мягкие и удобные кровати, даже дополнительное спальное место на диване. Очень просторный и светлый номер. Очень чисто и уютно. Мягкие халаты, тапочки, белоснежные полотенца и прстель. Отель стильно оформлен, практически каждая мелочь учтена. Вкусный кофе, горячий шоколад и чай в номере, очень удобно что есть небольшая мойка на кухоньке и оставлено маленькое черное полотенце для уборки (этого всегда не хватает). Рум сервис отличный тоже. В ресторане довольно вкусно. Спасибо, нам было очень хорошо в Вашем отеле!
Отдельное сдание с бассейном в дружественном отеле. Я думаю стоит как-то это указывать, что в самом отеле бассейна нет. До этого здания 3 минуты на машине и плюс есть часы в которые детям закрыт доступ с 8 до 9 и с 19 до 20, это тоже стоит указать.

Breakfast was excellent every morning during our stay. Evening Meal had an excellent range of starters, mains and dessert during our stay. Lounge, bar area was extremely comfortable. Outside courtyard was lovely for an afternoon drink.

The only thing we didn’t like about the room was that that bathroom floor stayed wet.
Everything was perfect. Our room was beautiful, the food was outstanding, the staff were all welcoming & professional.
The attention to detail is really impressive .
My husband has many food allergies, and the kitchen prepared him wonderful delicious meals.
