Welcoming and enjoyable stay
Pros:

There have been some negative reviews due to changeover period from old ownership, that went into administration and new owners. What we found was a welcoming staff, great food at breakfast and dinner and a very comfortable stay.

Cons:

New owners are planning renovations over 25/26 winter which will improve a few areas of tired decor and upgrades to the restaurant / bar. I think these are needed so we look forward to returning next year

Excellent
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The location was beautiful but also had good access to lots of historical places further afield. Food was good and had other options nearby, we visited the Loch Rannoch hotel and The Cornerstone and we were lucky to get in so do book in advance. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to go back sometime.

Cons:

There really wasn't anything to dislike.
