Pros:

Room service was very bad, water was smelly, bathroom accessories (soap, etc poor) , tea pouch and water bottles were very limited.

Management has to put more resources

Cons:

Booking.com has cheated us it shows rooms with AC but actually Whole property doesn't have AC and unfortunately it was hot in mussoorie because of compact room with no ventilation. Booking.com says Mall road is less than a km but actually it's far 2.1 km. Parking issue very steep. I had to park at MLCP opposite to hotel. Washroom was stinking. Seems MakeMyTrip showed correctly so don't book from booking .com
