Very pleased with our overnight stay and would have no hesitation in booking again.
Pros:

Great location, room had a fabulous view of the river. Very comfortable bed and all room facilities were more than adequate.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Good location very close to main high street with pubs and food places. Lovely view over the river. Breakfast cooked to order, but wasn’t the best quality.

Cons:

Very few parking spaces but managed to get parked on the road near buy.
Windows in the room didn’t shut out the external noise. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Great location
Pros:

Location was great for the pubs and town. 30 second walk to the first pub and plenty within a short walk. Some of the best pubs for live music and friendly staff, great vibe.
The pics of the Hotel make it look more modern than it actually is, but still comfortable and good value for money.
Breakfast was ok, hot food cooked to order which is nice, but could be more fresh choice like fruit, natural yogurt, granola, continental choices etc.
Room was dated but adequate, pillows were not comfortable though.
We were at the front of the Hotel and the windows didn’t shut out the outside noise, actually checked if they were open a couple of times as it was very noisy.
Very limited parking at the Hotel but we managed to get free parking on the road next to the hotel so wasn’t an issue.

Cons:

A little dated. Reception staff could have been more attentive, 3 staff at reception when we arrived but no one acknowledged us straight away which isn’t the best first impression.
Breakfast staff were attentive and friendly.
Windows sounded like single glazed!

The place to go in carrick on shannon
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is excellent...staff were so efficient and welcoming...Breakfast was served quickly and very tasty ....10 out of 10 on all counts

I really enjoyed my stay here gram the cleaning staff to the ladies serving food they where world class
Pros:

It was so cosy it was like a family hotel run from the lady looking after us at breakfast definitely knew how to treat the guest I don’t know her name but definitely senior she knew what u wanted and it was sorted without asking top class on my experience

Cons:

I loved the location so close to everything and looking at the Shannon it was so relaxing and tranquil

Cryan hotel, staff was so friendly n nice.Our room was spotless , n our bed were so comfy.Great location so central to everything.Great to have lie in breakfast finish at 11.30.foods was lovely n tasty.
