Pros:

Most of the staff were friendly...tv wouldn't work we asked for it to be fixed and they said they would send someone but didn't..there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom and we had to use the stairs leaving as we got stuck in the lift for a few minutes

Very successful.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent - happy to see it included vegetarian options. Dining room relaxed so didn’t feel rushed.
Location of the hotel was great - very handy for where we wanted to go and for the town generally.

Cons:

Thought the reception area looked rather untidy.
Struggled a bit to get wi-fi.

A magical experience
Pros:

The attention to detail was exceptional, the staff are so attentive and pleasant. Jenny the receptionist was an absolute pleasure to deal with and she was so helpful. It’s a long time since I experienced service like we received from Jenny
