Un séjour parfait grâce à des prestations haut de gamme et un personnel remarquable.
Pros:

Un séjour parfait en tout point ! La chambre est superbe, d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien équipée (accessoires de douche, réveil Bluetooth, vue magnifique sur les gratte-ciels). Les repas et le spa sont exceptionnels. Un grand merci à la gentille dame de l'accueil pour son aide avec WeChat, et tout particulièrement à Lange pour sa réactivité qui m'a fait gagner un temps précieux.

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Location is good, walkable distance from major attractions (18 steps, liberation square, hongyadong, cable train, bayi)
Shopping malls all around and connecting mall with restaurants. Subway just few steps away.

The housekeeping staff is excellent. Wanted to tip them, but in China I don't carry cash, sorry for that! They deserve a praise. Excellent roomcleaning and they do exatcly what they needed to do and leave the rest alone. (I hate it when they move or trow away my toothbrush, but they leave it in the exact place) They notice i was drying my clothes and put them on a drying rack. Its those eye for details you know they are doing an excellent job.

Cons:

Poolsize is a bit small for such a large hotel. But it was clean.
Breakfast lacks daily variety, but breakfast staff is welcoming. Need to pay more attention to empty glasses to use and the coffee table section (no stirrers every time I needed one) The espresso machines needs a little adjustments (but maybe thats just the Chinese taste)

Great hotel in a great location! Hyatt doesn’t disappoint
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location with such helpful staff. The concierge staff, in particular, helped us with tickets, cars, mailing a box home, and went above and beyond for us. The hotel is in a very convenient location to many sites in Chongqing. The room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed.

Pros:

The location is great, right at the liberation monument. All of Chongqing's main sights are only a couple of minutes away.

The room was big, the view great. Despite being right at the main pedestrian street, it was very quiet in the room.

I would stay here again.

Meet expectation but could be better
Pros:

Overall standard of a 5-star hotel with full facilities and location.

Cons:

Toilet especially aged shower area require upgrade as it wasn't clean enough due to wear and tear, water pressure not strong for a comfortable bath and noise of aircon is loud enough to disturb sleep.

Pros:

L'emplacement est super 😄: 100 mètres à Jiefangbei, 15 minutes à pied vers le Temple bouddhiste de 500 Louhans et le Shipa Ti, les sites touristiques connus à Chongqing.

Cons:

La caution. Lors de mon enregistrement, l'accueil m'a demandé de payer un prix supérieur que prévu. Elle a ajouté une caution au prix initial. Heureuxment, elle n'a pas insisté. Tout s'est bien passé. Pas de mauvaise surprise au prix initial.
