The hotel is centrally located at Jiefangbei shopping district. There are no short of eateries and convenient stores. We were able to grab a light snack at Lawson's even after arriving at 3am from the airport. The room size and toilet were big, very comfortable. The front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful with our enquiries.
Due to the very central location, traffic can be quite slow travelling back to the hotel by car, especially during peak hours. The water pressure in the shower was weak and furnishings slightly dated. However, it was still comfortable and pleasant overall.

Inspite of the obvious language barrier, staff at "Made in China" restaurant was very helpful, especially Shazia, who convinced me to have dinner there when I met her at tNothinfhe breakfast.
She was also there to help me in ordering the food, which was a great relief to me.

Aterrizamos a las 5 de la mañana en Chongqing y el conductor que teníamos agendado con el hotel desde hacía mes y medio y el cual había confirmado hasta en 3 ocasiones no apareció. Les escribí por booking y tampoco contestaban. Tuve que hacerme con un teléfono y tampoco me solucionaron nada porque no hablaban inglés x teléfono. Conclusión: me tuve que buscar la solución por mi cuenta en un país donde nadie habla ni inglés. MUY mala gestión para un hotel de esta categoría.

Location was right in the middle of the city. To the right you can see the Liberation Monument and walk 20-25 minutes to the left you will reach the Hongya Cave. On Saturday evening at 8:30pm, you can watch from the river bank the 15 minute drone show (though undewhelming).

The hotel has a good location, the breakfast is diverse and very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The King rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom amenities are available. They have wheelchairs you can use if you have disabled companions. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.
The staff need to brush up with their English. It's just a suggestion but the staff are kind and very helpful
Well managed and run, comfortable hotel. Unbeatable location just couple of hundred meters from Liberation square, Jiefangbei pedestrian street and night market, in the middle of Chongqing's electric hassle and bustle. Direct access to the shopping mall, 2 metro stations walking distance away add to the beaty of location. Large well equipped room, very comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Special thanks to amazing front desk staff for taking care of our needs and especially for late check-out. Highly recommended to anyone and we would happily stay again ourselves.
