Top locatie en vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Top locatie, dichtbij de stad.

Cons:

De temperatuur was helaas niet aan te passen in de kamer. De standaardtemperatuur was 25 graden. Als je de kamer koeler wilde hebben, was de enige optie om het raam te openen.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not cold, making the room uncomfortable. There was also a strong smoking smell, and without proper ventilation or an exhaust fan, it felt stuffy and unpleasant. Overall, the room environment needs significant improvement.

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location is fantastic. The staff is really helpful too.

Cons:

We have some small issue with the room's aircon, an incident of toilet being choked. All settled very efficiently by the hotel staff

Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is right in the city center, in a safe area, close to the metro and other public transportation options. There are shops and restaurants nearby, which makes everything very convenient.

It is true that the staff’s English could be improved, but they really make a great effort to communicate and assist guests. The city is becoming an international tourist destination, and you can see that they are trying their best to accommodate foreign visitors. As a bonus, they even offered a small city tour (which is not expensive), just to make sure guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay.

Some rooms could use a bit of refreshing, but they still look very good overall. The entire staff truly deserves praise for their dedication and hospitality.

Pros:

Convenient location. Very close to Jiefangbei, there’s a number of Michelin star restaurants in the shopping mall downstairs for those who don’t eat local spicy food.
