Pros:

4시 체크인 / 12시 체크아웃이였는데 1시간 일찍 도착했는데 체크인 바로 해주셨어요.
주차공간이 많아서 너무 좋았고 위치도 경주시외버스터미널 바로 옆이라 자동차가 없어도 좋은 위치입니다.
황리단길과 도보 10분정도 걸리는 곳이고 3인이 방을 사용했는데 퀸 베드가 2개, 침대 아래쪽에 긴 테이블이 있어서 야식먹기에도 좋았습니다.
연박이였는데 편하게 묵었습니다.

Comfortable with extremely weird interactions.
Pros:

This hotel was as described minus the massage chair. When checking in I had to ask the reception where the massage chair that we booked and paid for was (it was not in the room). The reception could not speak English and asked another lady to come assist with the language (I was using a translation app) The reception then asked me to cancel the room if I wanted the massage chair. I asked why a room I booked with a massage chair, did not have a massage chair. The conversation went on for awhile, mostly them waiting for me to cancel the reservation. Then all of a sudden, the 2nd lady said that the chair was available. Her husband would bring it to my room. I felt odd about the whole experience and felt that the reception had in fact put the massage chair in their residence. They were waiting to see if I made a fuss about the chair before they decided to "magically" produce the chair.
One receptionist helped us book a taxi and the other one would not and just told us to walk to the taxis. We were using a translation app to convey our requests. Reception was hit or miss.
My friend felt that it took too long for the hot water in the shower.
Other than those things, we appreciated the two beds, extra space for luggage, kitchen area, etc. We liked the toilet separate from the bath/shower area. There were nice extras like a toiletry bag (tooth brush/paste, etc) coffee, tea bags. The beds were double and not single. The area was a short walk from the tourist areas and attractions, approx 1/2 mile. The walk allowed us to find the best bread store and coffee store in the area (literally the store name was coffee) Coffee had the best coffee we tasted on our entire trip and the folks that work there are experts in their crafts. It was the best!

Cons:

Reception staff making the experience of the massage chair not being in the room, extremely odd and uncomfortable. I am convinced they had it in their own residences. Regardless, it was one of the weirdest things I have ever experienced at a hotel. If you pay for a room that has amenities, the amenities should be present. You should not have to hassle/discuss/explain, just plain provide what I paid for please. The massage chair is in the description of the room along with photos of the chair. It was one of the reasons I booked this hotel over others.

Pros:

La signora al check in ,anche se non pratica con l’inglese,mi ha accolta con il sorriso.
La camera è molto molto grande
La posizione è comoda perché a due passi hai la fermata del bus per muoverti e la stazione degli intercity quindi per chi viaggia con valige pesanti è un buon compromesso

Cons:

Ho dei forti dubbi che siano state cambiate le lenzuola prima del mio check in..avevano un odore non di bucato fresco ma come se qualcuno ci avesse già dormito.
L’odore di muffa nella stanza era tanto persistente che ho lasciato la camera il secondo giorno anche se avevo pagato per due notti..non so se sono troppo delicata io ma mi ritrovo ora con una forte bronchite
Molto apprezzato il kit per gli ospiti con spazzolini, dentifricio, amenity kit e creme..ma metterci dentro due preservativi? Mi sembra un metodo per abbassare il livello dell’hotel..che di per sé ha grandi potenzialità ma non ben studiate

Not good for business traveler
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Unresponsive staff, stayed here for a work trip and having trouble getting an invoice to expense this trip. This is a simple request but it's taking weeks, and I still don't have it.

Cons:

The first room smelled of smoke; the second smelled drainy (we bought stuff to clear it). The terrace was sadly boxed in with no view. Bus station was sometimes noisy.

Pros:

스위트룸 2개 예약해서 방문했는데 위치도 너무 좋고, 주차장도 넓고, 방에 옷걸이가 적어서 좀 당황햇는데 스타일러 있어서 당일 입은 옷들 바로바로 탈취가 가능해서 좋았고, 화장실이 많이 넓고 욕조고 너무 쾌척햇고,, 마지막으로 침대라우 티비도 역대급으로 커서 좋았어요

Cons:

다른거보다는,, 옷걸이가 적은거는 좀 당황스러웟고, 옷 걸 수 있는 공간이 스카일러 뿐이라 그건 조금 아쉬웟어요.

La citta' merita sicuramente di essere vista.
Pros:

Zona centrale vicina al bus terminal e area taxi. Letti molto grandi, bagno enorme con vasca e doccia. Molto accessoriato per ogni esigenza.

Pros:

Самое главное достоинство отеля: вежливый персонал, также хорошее месторасположение. Большинство плюсов перечислено в других отзывах: просторный номер, большой телевизор, компьютер и пр.

Cons:

За такую высокую стоимость в праздничный день: 370 тыс вон в сутки отель не соответствует ожиданиям, так как в номере местами пыльно, окна и холодильник маленькие, а сетка и рама на окне полны дохлых насекомых, абсолютно нет ни шкафа, ни даже стойки с плечиками. При хорошей технической оснащенности номера игнорировать необходымые вещи - весьма странная политика.
По обычной будничной цене в 90 тыс вон это, пожалуй, было бы нормально. Но задирать стоимость в 4 раза и никак не улучшить сервис - перебор. Для сравнения в ряде других отелей разница в будни и праздники была меньшей.

Comfortable and great for using public transport. Lady at reception does her best to help at all times.
Pros:

Large room, excellent bathroom and very comfortable bed. Lots of good restaurants very close by too. Lots to do around the area so extend your stay!

Absence totale de rangements, de porte-manteaux. Si on vient pour une nuit avec un toute petite valise, ok. Sinon on étale partout où on peut. Notre chambre était un vrai bazar. Et à quoi sert un armoire de défroissaient dans ce contexte?
