Отель хороший. Номера огромные, все чисто. Персоналу отдельное спасибо, всегда мне помогали по вичату, заранее распланировали вместе со мной поездку, купили все билеты, помогали заказать трансферы на туристические места. Воспоминания самые приятные! Завтрак нормальный, можно там пообедать в ресторане, рядом город, где есть много ресторанов.

Современный отель, находится чуть на отшибе, и это хорошо, тихо, нет толп туристов, а на такси до центра Улиньюаня 5 минут. Номера чистые, просторные, есть все необходимое. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные.

A wonderful stay with exceptional staff and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the biggest highlights was that several employees spoke fluent English, which made communication very easy during our stay.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved, especially for international guests, as there were very few non-Chinese options. The location is also a bit far from the city center and main attractions, so a car is needed for most trips.

Good price and Excellent Place
Pros:

The room was pretty nice, the location is very good for Grand Canyon and National Forest Park around just 10 mins, even is in another town you can get didi easily, it was good even i had a little confuse when I booked, because it´s called resort sometimes so I didnt know if it was the same, and it was my first time on China.

Cons:

I think the breakfast can be better, there are few options, even not that much international options.

Most beautiful rooms and great service
Pros:

I loved our room which was absolutely fantastic with a freestanding bathtub, stylish decor and beautiful views. Clean, modern and with many technical details. Even though we were unlucky with the weather and illnesses when we were here, the hotel made our stay fantastic. The staff at the reception were very service minded, friendly and helpful with everything from ordering special food and shuttle service to both the park and the bank. A woman (owner or boss?) was incredibly friendly and even drove me extra in her own car to the fruit shop and a bakery to help me buy special food for my sick daughter. I can warmly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The old breakfast area, the interior there didn't match the rest of this five star beautiful hotel. But the breakfast staff was very friendly and kind.

This establishment is owned by a group of sisters who have taken the venture very seriously, developing a complete concept centered around tea, singing bowl meditation, and yoga.

Everything is lovely and well-maintained.

The hotel offers a great selection of freshly prepared "Western-style" food.

Don't miss the tea experience with the incredibly kind hosts.

You’ll love the customer service—they are always available to handle any situation—and please consider taking advantage of the airport pickup service, but above all, let Lili-Li help you plan and purchase all your tickets and passes. That is what truly made our trip feel like a total VIP experience; she handled everything for us at almost no extra cost.

You will need to use Didi to get around, but there is a lovely park and a long walking path right across the street.

Pros:

Very nice property , spacious family rooms with kids separate room . Very clean and wonderful staff and hospitality .. wholesome hearty breakfast . Free Laundry and small souvenirs at reasonable price .

Cons:

The aircon at kids room was not efficient enough . The laundry room is in terrace which is not very convenient .

Pros:

El hotel está bien, está limpio y super bien ubicado. En 10 minutos estás en la entrada del parque nacional de Zhangiage, de la entrada para ver las famosas montañas de avatar. El personal se defendía con el inglés, lo cual es una maravilla teniendo en cuenta que en china no es lo habitual, son muy serviciales y te orientan muy bien en cómo hacer el itinerario, el tema del traslado a Zhangiage ayuda mucho y solo por eso ya merece la pena la estancia

Cons:

A ver, viendo las fotos, te puede parecer un hotel tipo resort, no lo es, la piscina es exterior y es una piscina de urbanización, lo que es elmhotel, es un bloque de pisos. Algunas cosas te disocian de la experiencia o de la estética del hotel, por ejemplo el restaurante o el desayuno o tener que subir a la azotea andando por las escaleras de emergencia para ir a la lavandería.
