Struttura nuova e molto bella
Soggiorno eccezionale. La struttura era molto bella e dotata di ogni comfort, le stanze molto ampie e il personale gentilissimo. Consiglio assolutamente.
Ruime kamers met geweldige bedden. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en prima met ter plekke klaargemaakte noodles en veel keus. Personeel is behulpzaam en de gratis shuttle handig en snel.
Het zwembad was een eindje lopen en kort open (van 12-20). Je moest met een taxi naar eetgelegenheden.

- staff were soooo nice and so so helpful, honestly a big big thank you too them
- arranged our transport to the airport and to the national park
- really helped us with booking our tickets to the attractions that we wanted to go to (we are really grateful for this)
- booking said there was a sofa bed but it was just the couch (that was very hard to sleep in)

The hotel was amazing. Rooms were exactly as in the pictures. All staff were super welcoming and helpful. They helped us organize everything for our sightseeing — from buying all the tickets and arranging private guides to organizing private transfers. Everything was taken care of for us, which made our trip so easy and stress-free. The owners also made an amazing traditional tea ceremony for us and treated us with next-level hospitality. We truly felt like guests, not just customers, and it made our stay truly unforgettable.

No tienen la piscina en la instalación, no tenían la habitación preparada, incluso al darnos la llave… estaba sin limpiar de los anteriores huéspedes… nos querían cobrar desayunos extras cuando entraban en el precio.

New, modern, extra-clean hotel. Softest bed linen. Very helpful staff. Interesting tea experience (owner has tea plantation too). Quiet location with free private transfer to park gate. Free laundromat at the roof. Free transfer from the train station/airport.
Location a bit far from the main part of the village, you have to take taxi to find place for dinner (but taxi is cheap and fast).
The staff were amazing and so helpful, the breakfast was so delicious as well as the restaurant for dinner, and the pool was great after a long day. Beds and pillows were so comfortable!!!! Location is nice, too. Close to the East gate and Grand Canyon. 100% would return.
