Welcoming and caring staff and an amazing room
Pros:

The BEST hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The room was immaculate, very cozy with an amazing view from the hot tub. The staff are such amazing people, welcoming and caring. I spent a whole day with a couple beautiful ladies from the staff making green tea, this was definitely the highlight of my trip ! I will be coming back here for sure, I already miss my stay.

The hotel is very close to the entrance of the mountains, also very clean and has the nicest staff i’ve ever met. They even plan the hikes with you.

Pros:

Очень отзывчивый персонал на ресепшн и в ресторане. Красивый чистый большой номер. Удобная постель. Ванна - то что надо, после 30к шагов по паркам. Трансфер до парка и обратно. Полная консультация по маршрутам.

Cons:

Завтрак очень старались сделать европейским, но не очень получилось. В целом все хорошо, но надо быть готовым, что еда в основном китайская.

Beautiful boutique hotel that offers plenty of perks

Le personnel était vraiment aimable. Ils nous ont aidé à réserver les activités. La chambre était vraiment sympa.

Il faisait très froid malheureusement. Dans la chambre, à la réception, dans le réfectoire. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage. On devait garder nos vestes pour manger le matin

是民宿, 不是酒店, 去景区比较远,有接送服务还是好的, 但是早餐&配套的健身等设施跟酒店没有办法比较吧, 为什么现在平台混淆民宿与星级酒店的选择呢?唯一优点就是3张床适合一家三口家人旅游.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Instalaciones, personal y desayuno excelente. La ubicación es excelente para ir al gran cañón y el parque nacional de Zhangjiaji. Está lejos de montaña Tiamen y de los 72 pisos, pero el hotel te resuelve todos los traslados por un valor bastante económico. Se nos bloqueó alipay estando allá por la mala señal de Holafly. La misma jefa del hotel nos llevó a una compañía telefónica a comprar una SIM China, lo cual anduvo súper bien porque teníamos nuestros VPN instalados antes de llegar a China . Holafly anda bien en ciudades, pero más a la periferia se cae y tienes problemas con los pagos de WeChat y alipay para considerar tener dinero en efectivo en caso SOS. Hotel nos ayudó ha resolver el problema, estamos muy agradecidos porque no tenía porque hacerlo y nos ayudaron.

Cons:

Que dejaban las puertas de la recepción y restaurant abiertas y hacía mucho frío, habían -1 grado, no había caso que estuviera temperado el restaurante y la recepción. Muy frío.

Recommended 100% if you want to stay close to the National park

The staff is super helpful and patient helping us with the itinerary :)
Rooms are big and clean, shower is very spacious with very nice water pressure.

Un precio muy asequible para todo lo que ofrece este hotel. El desayuno muy aceptable, la habitación tenía de todo y era muy moderna. El restaurante del hotel, aunque a simple vista parece que la comida es un poco más cara de lo normal, es debido a que las cantidades que vienen son para varias personas. El personal del hotel muy amable e intentan asistirte con todas tus dudas

A perfect three day stay. The staff helped me organise my itinerary perfectly particularly Xiao Ya and Fu Dong Xu.
