Pros:

Nice beachfront hotel, feels like a private beach and the town in nice walking distance, some staff are super friendly and welcoming. Room is basic but clean and big with AC

Cons:

It is one of the most expensive hotels on the island, but value for money is not the best. Hotel rooms are rather basic and a bit old, and the bar/restaurant were only open once during our 4 day stay. There seem to be many employees but it doesn't really feel that more than two of them really go the extra mile e.g. checkout at 9am, although so much food leftover no possibility to have breakfast 10min longer. Also, I would recommend to book tours in town directly with service providers.

Pros:

The location right at the beach is great.
We had a little issue with ants in our rooms after heavy rainfalls, and the staff reacted immediately and offered an additional room for one night while our room was been cleaned - very high level customer orientation!

Hartes Bett. Sehr früher CheckOut. Shuttle Kosten zur Fähre höher als sonst üblich.

Pretty good and one of the better options here
Pros:

A nice little hotel comprising chalet style rooms right next to the beach. Hotel is an open site with reception and their small restaurant in one building and accomodation blocks in pairs forming rows from the beach. Sun loungers, tables and chairs are on the decking to the front.

Location - great beach front location, away from the town centre but within easy walking.

Rooms - comfy beds, lots of pillows to choose from and decent AC. Very quiet and hot water. Decent amount of space.

Restaurant - open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However do check as on one day they decided to not open for dinner due to staffing reasons. There are alternatives close by. Food was pretty good and enjoyed eating there. Breakfast was varied so you were never sure what you would get each day.

Staff - all pleasant and spoke English.

Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Checkout time - at the hotel is 9am despite booking.com saying 10am. Please be aware of this as despite pointing this out and having it agreed we were pressured to leave just after 9am - not the best note to leave on.

Internet - if you are on the front row then internet is fine, on the back rows they sadly use repeaters rather than a mesh wifi. It was unusable most of the time in our room.

Lage ist top, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir sind morgens abgereist und das Team hat uns sogar noch Snacks (als Ersatz zum Frühstück) eingepackt. Würden wieder kommen!

Idéalement situé SUR la plage, propre et avec un personnel aux petits soins, cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix par rapport aux autres établissements d’Isabela. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement bien.

C’est dommage que le personnel du bar soit constamment absent de son poste.

Pros:

La localisation est exceptionnelle, au bord de la plage.
Le lieu est très charmant et familial.
Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et espérons revenir y séjourner en famille.
Petit plus : les jeux de société à disposition, ainsi que le café et les fruits toute la journée.

Cons:

Voyageant avec deux bébés, on avait réservé 2 lits bébés. Finalement seulement un était disponible. On a donc du voyager avec notre propre lit. Les différentes chambres nous ont semblé être de la même qualité même si les tarifs diffèrent.

Pros:

J'ai tout aimée. Le personnel est vraiment aimable et acuillant. Les diners sont delicieux, le leiu est d'une calme exceptionelle, les lits sont les plus confortables que j'ai jamais dormi.. merveilleux.

Cons:

le bruit de la clim des autres chambres, et les moustiques nous ont embeté parfois la nuit, mais le lieu est tellement beau que ce n'est pas grave.
