Nice little chalet-style villas on the edge of the village. View from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. My Fuji is only visible 80 days a year, so think carefully before you plan this trip!

Team are really friendly and helpful

Its walkable to the high street and to the lake. Beds were really comfortable but are separated singles, not a double.

The location and the roof top view are designed perfectly.
The staff were extremely cooperative and guided us through the Typhoon instructions.

Nosotros tuvimos mucha suerte y lo vimos los dos días que estuvimos allí.
Amenities maravillosos, muchos detalles de lujo.
En recepción hay incluso para coger sales de baño de todo tipo, palomitas variadas, cafés, etc.
Te llevan el desayuno a la casa y tienen servicio de traslado a la estación incluido.
El personal es muy atento y amable.
Teníamos un proyector para ver pelis como en el cine.
Maravilloso todo!!

Perfect view of Mount Fuji in most of the rooms in our Villa even the room with 2 bath tubs. We had a bbq on our last night. The place is beautiful. The staff is very accomodating. We want to go back and stay longer next time.

The property was gorgeously situated along the edge of a forest. It was quiet and quite lovely. We stayed in a 3x bedroom villa, which was a great size for our family (3x adults 2x children). We loved the baths and the bath salts.

On arrival, we had a chiffon cake of Mount Fuji waiting for us, which was lovely. Fridge was filled with water, beer (for adults) and apple juice (for kids). It felt like being welcomed home.

Der sehr schöne Blick auf den Fujisan. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter herausragend freundlich. Unser Sohn hat eine Lebensmittelallergie und die Mitarbeiter haben sich sehr freundlich darum gekümmert, ihm ein spezielles Frühstück zusammenzustellen.

Very comfort room, great service, the shuttle bus helps, but it is not a must have as it is close to the station. The highest point is the view to Mt. Fuji from all apartment windows including the bathtub in the second floor.

Lovely staff, lovely house and an absolutely gorgeous view

This hotel is worth all the good reviews! The staff is very friendly and helpful - we arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but they took our luggage and when we arrived for check in it was already in our room! They also offered free shuttle service to take us back to the train station when we checked out!
The villa is also amazing! You have two floors and a third which is a terrace. The 2 floors each have a bathroom which include a bathtub with Fuji view! Also from each floor you have an amazing view to the mountain. We also got very nice amenities sets and a complementary mt Fuji cake which was delicious!
The terrace is also superb with benches and an umbrella to stay there while enjoying the amazing view.

View and modern accomodation were both great.

Everything about Toki was really amazing. My family enjoyed our stay even for just one night. Everyone wished that we could have stay more days. The big screen played a great role when we had our karaoke night. We love having the Mt Fuji day and night.
