The most outststanding accomodation with the most spectacular Fuji views!
Pros:

Everything about this property was exceptional! The views of Mount Fuji were incredible. The big open windows and the rooftop views out of this world! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The little touches like the Fuji cake on arrival, different bath salts to choose from for the bath that looks out at Fuji and the breakfast delivered to your room each morning. The kids loved the unlimited popcorn and watching a movie on the giant projector screen at night. Us grown ups loved sitting up top with the inclusive beers and enjoying a BBQ while looking out to Fuji. Our favourite accommodation in Japan. Will be back as soon as we can!

Perfect relaxing time
Pros:

Exceptional view of Mt fugi. The staff where very helpful and informative, the property was very clean and well looked after and the free shuttle bus in the morning if you don’t have a vehicle is a life saver though town is not to far of a walk

Perfect location with extraordinary view on Mount Fuji.
Pros:

We stayed at this place for 2 nights early April. It is from a walking distance to Kawaguchiko Station, but the establishment also offers shuttle service at fixed hours from the station. If the weather is good, the house R9 offers extraordinary view on Mount Fuji. We could see clearly Mt Fuji at all hours of the day, from sunrise (even from all our beds), lunch at dinner table and at the rooftop for sunset. The rooftop offers bbq possibilities to enjoy the view on Mt Fuji.

Cons:

Breakfast and dinner are not included. Breakfast need to be booked in advance and not many choices. For dinner, we need to eat outside or buy groceries to cook/bbq at the house. The stairs between floors inside the house are quite steep.

Really enjoyable but challenging to get to the villa
Pros:

Offers a great view of Mt. Fuji from the villa’s living room and bathtub. The space was easy to move around in and the appliances were fairly easy to use.

Cons:

The entire place was quite steep. Hope they can install stairs for guests who didn’t bring or rent a car. If not, a service or rentable e-vehicle would be so useful especially for PWDs and seniors.

Pros:

Mt Fuji view!!! Walkable distance to Kawaguchiko station. Newly furnished accom with welcome freebies!!

Cons:

It can be daunting to carry the luggage up the slope and stairs but it is worth it. There are shuttle bus to and fro Kawaguchiko station provided by Toki which helps!

A beautiful two night stay. We stayed in the large cabin. Views were perfect. Close to everthing. Spacious, kind staff.

Pros:

We booked this accomodation soley for its location. Waking up both mornings to see Fuji. The rooftop was our favourite spot for breakfast both mornings. We captured lots of spectacular photos and memories of Fuji.
So happy we had access to her from the comfort of our accomodation, no beating off tourists for that perfect pic😁10+++++/10

Cons:

Very minor issues, nothing that would stop us from booking here again. The pillows were a flat, perhaps need replacing and upgrading and when we requested room service clean, noticed our breafast basket hadn't been removed from the previous morning.

Pros:

Views were stunning. property was spacious, well maintained and clean. staff were helpful. all facilities in the property were working well, everything looks new, and we were even gifted the mt fuji chiffon cake which was such a beautiful touch.

Cons:

the bedrooms could be made to be more impressive i think. don't get me wrong, they are clean and simple and good value for money, but they could be elevated further. but all other rooms were impressive.
