Pros:

Everything about Toki was really amazing. My family enjoyed our stay even for just one night. Everyone wished that we could have stay more days. The big screen played a great role when we had our karaoke night. We love having the Mt Fuji day and night.

窗戶看得到富士山，陽台寬敞，冰箱大廚房設備齊全，有洗沐保養大禮包，飯店人員親切，有接駁車也非常棒

第二天的清潔整理有些不全，椅背有頭髮，垃圾桶沒有歸位，2樓浴室拉門鎖不起來。上住宿的斜坡很斜要小心

富士山と美味しい食事で満足。
Pros:

宿泊棟の2階、屋上のみならず1階からも富士山が見られる。2階の風呂からも見られる。夕食のしゃぶしゃぶ、ワインビーフが良かった。

2階の窓はきれいだったが、1階の窓ガラスがよごれていた。

Mooi nieuw complex. De locatie was top; wij hadden het geluk om Fuji twee dagen heel goed te kunnen zien. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en doet zijn best zich verstaanbaar te maken in het Engels, zelfs met vertaalapp in de hand. De chocolaatjes en cake van Mount Fuji bij aankomst waren erg attent (en lekker)! Verder een ruim aanbod aan amenities die naar wens werden aangevuld. Ook zonder aanvulling hebben wij twee avonden ‘skincare night’ kunnen houden. Water en andere dranken werden op verzoek ook aangevuld.

Cons:

Enige nadeel voor ons, voor zover je het een echt nadeel kan noemen, was dat er grote kieren tussen de raamverduistering zaten. Daardoor was de kamer een baken van licht: ‘s avonds / ‘s nachts door de buitenverlichting en ‘s ochtends omdat het buiten vroeg licht wordt. Verder zou de schoonmaak bij aankomst iets beter kunnen. Wij kwamen een paar haren (niet van ons) tegen en het huisje was wat stoffig.

We had a wonderful stay at The Toki and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of Mount Fuji right from the property – waking up to that view was truly special. It’s also conveniently located for exploring the Kawaguchiko area while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, and their hospitality really stood out.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and well-designed, making it a perfect place to unwind. We would absolutely love to return.

Amazing location with prime views of fuji. Great apartment with everything you need, well equipped. Some nice surprises in the fridge, fuji cake which was delicious, really great experience overall.
