Pros:

The location and view is probably the biggest selling point. I've been to Mt. Fuji many times but this is the closest and best view of the mountain I've even seen. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff were very professional.

Cons:

A bit far from the town itself and the shuttle is only in the morning and afternoon, so I would suggest you plan your descent to town accordingly.

Ciew from nearly every room of Fujisan, will come back again
Pros:

Location, location, location. The view were amazing. The staff were friendly and extremly helpful. The accomodation itself blew our minds, what was including with no extra cost made our stay even better. We opted in for breakfast and dinner which were amazing, we weren't expecting to make dinner ourselves but they had all the ingredients and instructions it was really simple but best of all tasted great. Will definitely be going back again. Love this place. The owners amd staff of The Toki really make you feel at home and are extremly helpful even when I speak extremely limited japanese. Would recommend for short or long stays. Probably one of the best places Ive ever stayed at.

Cons:

Stairs were a little steep but this is not a complaint.

Views worth paying for.
Pros:

Absolutely sensational views of Fuji, from the roof, as well as both first and second floor. Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely staff, always willing to help. Walking distance from the station (about 1km).

Pros:

Our family of five loved staying at the TOKI. The Villa had the most amazing view of Mt Fuji. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to prepare food easily. The bathroom was clean with wonderful twin baths to relax and a bundle of extra toiletries. The staff were very friendly and helpful and upon arriving we loved the chocolates, cake and drinks that were provided. The hotel is located in a fabulous spot close to various restaurants and great for a walk around the area. Would definitely stay again.

The highlight of our trip so far!
Pros:

Views of Mt Fuji were incredible and even better than the photos could portray.
Excellent amenities having everything you could possibly need throughout your stay as well as many complimentary items and a delicious breakfast delivered to your door.

Cons:

If staying with more than 2 people it would be a pain to bring luggage up the steep steps inside - didn’t impact us.
Accommodation is slightly out of the way and up a hil - they offer a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station on check out which is good
