Beautiful styleful appartment on a terrible and remote location.

The interior was great! Beatiful new appartment with great interior.

Cons:

Lots of broken things. No safety lock in the room. The mosquito doors were broken in the bedroom. And you cannot swim in the sea in front of the hotel. The picture of the location are made in such a way that you are unable to see that the sea is extremely shallow and covered with rocks. It is impossible to swim or go into the sea.
Furthermore, the location is remote. There is nothing to do on this side of Puglia. The next door town is horrible and there are no good restaurants around.

Aus letzteren Gründen geht das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht auf.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Apartment, modern, sehr gute Klimaanlage, toll eingerichtet! Dachterrasse mit permanentem Zugang zu den Getränken (u.a. Wein, Prosecco, Mineralwasser, Eis usw. super! Sensationeller Meerblick und Aussicht!

Cons:

Keine tägliche kurze Reinigung des Apartments (primär der Nasszellen), Bett herrichten sowie kein Ersetzen der Frotteetücher während dem gesamten Aufenthalt. Das entspricht nicht dem üblichen Standard!

Sehr schönes, stilvolles Apartment mit einigen Abstrichen
Pros:

Sehr stilvolles Apartment mit top ausgestatteter Küche. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön.
Sehr zuvorkommend, darf man sich eine Flasche Wein aussuchen, die man auf der Dachterrasse (oder sonstwo), mit fantastischem Blick auf's Meer und die Küste geniessen kann.
Am Strand hat Liegen, Sonnenschirme und zudem hat es Kajaks und SUPs, die man kostenlos nutzen darf, was sehr lohnenswert ist.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Auf der Terrasse fehlt es an Schattenmöglichkeiten und die Sicht ist leider durch das Schilf ziemlich beeinträchtigt (der Besitzer hat uns zugesichert, dass das Schilf gelichtet wird, damit man die schöne Lage wieder mehr geniessen kann)..
Der Strand war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Wasser ist bei Ebbe gerade mal Knöcheltief, bei Flut Wadentief und der Strand ist übersäht mit Bergen von Algen (anscheinend wurden diese diesen Frühling angespült). Das sieht nicht nur nicht schon aus, es ist auch unangenehm um ins Wasser zu gelangen und riecht darüberhinaus auch noch übel. Auch wenn das Hotel dafür nichts kann und auch nichts daran ändern kann, da es, wie uns gesagt wurde, in Italien verboten ist die Algen wegzuräumen, ist es sehr schade. Anscheinend ist eine Platform geplant, damit man besser ins Wasser gelangt... Ob und wann diese realisiert werden kann wissen wir nicht.
Nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt hat es aber verschiedene Strände wo man auch gut baden kann.

Aber nicht so schlimm! Tolle Lage! Tolle Wohnung! Tolle Terasse!

Leider, schwarze Harre im Bad angetroffen!
Einführung war nicht super!
Nichts von defekten Safe erzählt und dass die Terrasse renoviert wird!

Que dire ???… si ce n’est que je vous recommande vivement de réserver sans hésiter.
Pros:

Un appartement vraiment exceptionnel, aussi bien par son emplacement que par la qualité de ses finitions, clairement haut de gamme.
Le bâtiment est un petit immeuble d’un étage seulement, avec un acces direct à la plage et des transats privés, ce qui apporte un charme supplémentaire.

On s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi : tout est parfaitement équipé, confortable, avec une grande terrasse et l’accès au rooftop qui est tout simplement magique grâce à sa pergola bioclimatique que l’on peut ouvrir ou fermer selon ses envies.

La vue est incroyable. Nous étions au premier étage et profitions d’une double vue mer grâce aux menuiseries d’angle, dont une baie panoramique spectaculaire. Les couchers de soleil étaient à couper le souffle.


Si nous retournons dans les Pouilles, c’est certain : ce sera à nouveau notre pied-à-terre.

What a fantastic place
Pros:

A stylish, high quality apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A private sand beach right outside and a roof terrace with exclusive wines and drinks and a spectacular ocean view. The apartment was very quiet, despite the road in the back. All was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Both the staff and owner were outstandingly friendly and service minded. Definitely a place we will return to.

Pros:

Direkt am Meer, Roof Top Selbstbedienung Bar. Toller Szrand 15 Gehminuten entfernt

Cons:

Privater Strand, aber man kann eigentlich nicht ins Wasser gehen. Sehr lange sehr seicht und steinig.

Pros:

Wahnsinnig tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand inkl. Sonnenliegen und großzügiger Terrasse.
Interior ebenso wunderschön, wie auf den Bildern. Küche vollausgestattet.

Cons:

Aufgrund von relativ großen Steinen ist das schwimmen im Meer in diesem Strandabschnitt etwas schwierig, baden hat jedoch super geklappt. (Dies ist keine Kritik sondern eine Anmerkung.)
In zwei Autominuten erreicht man aber traumhaft, weitläufige und einsame Strände, die perfekt zum schwimmen geeignet sind.

Pros:

Struttura fantastica, ci ha lasciati senza parole , era tutto perfetto nei minimi dettagli oltre alla fantastica posizione della casa DIRETTAMENTE sul mare con spiaggia privata , ombrelloni e lettini dedicati . Francesco è stato eccellente nel fornirci brochure dei posti da visitare e ristornati oltre che a farci trovare la casa il giorno d’arrivo in perfette condizioni e spiegandoci tutto ciò che era necessario per il soggiorno . È un’esperienza da fare se si vuole staccare la spina dalla vita quotidiana e lasciarsi andare al completo relax . A servizio degli ospiti c’è un bar dedicato aperto a tutte le ore del giorno , canoe da poter utilizzare quando si vuole .
