It was close to my destination
Pros:

Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Unlock or way to unlock back door to parking area, instead of walking all around the building.
No TV in Bedroom
Only 1 thin wash cloth
Mention of Cafe below ( yet never open)
Very steep steps (I knew there were steps).
I arrived one evening and a homeless person was sitting on the front stoop, which was my only access to the building, although a quaint setting a little too alone in this situation.

Beautiful and comfortable stay, worth every penny.
Pros:

I loveeee how unique everything was. The different colored doors, the self-service check in, the accessible back door, the spacious room. Accessibility to an air mattress along with the bed and a pull out couch. A Roku tv, nice ac units, nice bathroom. Cute furniture a big mirror. Everything I needed. A nice kitchen and laundry and an easy access cafe.

Cons:

I loved everything. It would’ve been nice to have a better walkway leading up to the parking in the back and maybe cement for the parking but other than that genuinely everything was amazing.,

Excellent stay. The updated decor and amenities are awesome.
Pros:

We had breakfast in the downstairs cafe one of the mornings, which was very good. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Especially liked the park and the river that is across the street.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a small Keurig maker in the shared kitchen for an early morning or evening cup of coffee when the cafe was closed.
The mattress could have been firmer. It dips in the middle with two people on it. Maybe it needs to be updated?

Good value for staying in a small town
Pros:

Our stay occurred over the weekend so there were ample of parkings on the street in front of the hotel.
The hotel is essential a RB&B type of facility. The instructions of getting into the room are very detailed and easy to understand (from Robert Smith)

The property was clean, newly renovated, and fit all of my needs as a traveler.

Thankful for the location that was close to our destination, but the stairs will make our return visit to The Webber an

The suite was a good remodel job. We were comfortable

Cons:

It should be told that there are 20 steps up to the rooms. Both my wife and I are over 70 and IF we had known this we would have chosen a different place to stay. I would have liked to meet the owner/manager in person BUT the phone conversations were helpful. Instructions on how to access the building were sent by email after we were on the road and I did not know that we were “self serve”. I suggest another grab bar in the shower BUT the bathroom was very good.

A nice place to stay. I'll be back again.
Pros:

The room was well cared for and comfortable. I liked the separate bedroom from the living area. The room was on the street side with a good view of a nearby dam. A common area has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and dishes and utensils to use. One the street level was a very nice cafe for breakfast and lunch.

Cons:

I wish I could have stayed longer. The community was quaint and added to the charm. I could not find anything I did not like.

The room was very roomy and comfortable, I liked having a kitchen available. I like having a touchpad entry

Cons:

Could use more hangers in the closet and perhaps hooks in the bathroom for towels or toiletry bags. There was still some food in the frig that had expired
