The staff were friendly.
I had no hot water in my room for 3 days. The shower options were cold and less cold. I told the staff about the problem twice and nothing changed.

Overpriced room. I had a twin bed in a closet sized room in a mostly empty hotel during off-peak season and was charged $40/ night.
I can go down the beach for better options at 1/2 the price.
The waiter, Efrain, is always great. Regardless of if I stay there or just pop in for food and beverages. He is always great.
The breakfast is standard fare all over town.

the owners, they did a mistake, basically they don’t care if you book in booking.com, be aware that you could arrive there after a long journey and they will just tell you that they don’t have a room for you, they will not help you and just ask you to leave the property.
