La tina del baño estaba en mal estado.
La fruta del desayuno continental era entera en lugar de fruta fresca picada. No hay personal en la zona del desayuno

Cons:

Una de las recepcionista nos hacía caras y fue muy grosera. Muy seguido se iba a hacer algo mas y nos dejaba esperando hasta 20 minutos para abrirnos el acceso al hotel. En una ocasión hasta venia de la tienda y dejo recepción sola por 20 minutos al menos que fue lo que esperamos a que llegara. Por lo demas todo bien.

I have been there 4 times, For sure will be back to stay there.

Buena ubicación pero requiere de algo de mantenimiento.
Pros:

Muy amplia habitación, las camas cómodas y limpio. Tenía un fregadero, microondas y un buen refigerador, aparte de escritorio y mesita para comer con una buena vista a la Ciudad (y a un techo del hotel que no era tan buena).

Cons:

Es necesario un pasador en la puerta porque la chapa no es suficiente para seguridad. Para encender la luz del baño era necesario que la luz de la habitación esté también encendida que es muy incómodo en la noche. El excusado en un área muy pequeña del baño habiendo tanto espacio en la habitación. La puerta del baño estaba caída y el la vávula del excusado no cerraba y se tiraba constantemente el agua. El desayuno continental muy escueto. Nuestra habitación estaba en el undécimo piso y el elevador solo llega hasta el décimo. Teníamos que subir un piso de escalera.
