Pros:

Disponibilità e servizio del personale.
La pulizia buona.

Cons:

Mobili della camera vecchi i cassetti dei comodini non funzionano e il pomello anta armadio mi è rimasto in mano, la camera e bagno puliti ma sul poggiolo c'era un posacenere pieno di mozziconi di sigaretta, noi non fumiamo , doccia non adatta al box doccia il getto non regolabile va contro la parete e non sulla persona.
Non ho potuto parcheggiare,anche se sul sito c'è il parcheggio e confermato al momento della prenotazione.
Per il costo della camera non è accettabile.

Great stay, coming back next year!
Pros:

Great breakfast with nice variety. Good location and easy to walk around Pinzolo! Very helpful staff with information for ski/apres/restaurants etc. Free parking right in front made using the car to get around very easy.

Cons:

A card access system would be more secure for the ski room which could be a bit more tidy.

Pros:

Breakfast was great and lady managing the place was really nice. In the evening there was a DJ as well entertaining the residents. Nice atmosphere by Italian tourists.

Cons:

Not much to do in the area, better staying in Madonna di Campiglio but that area is far more expensive.
