A deeply disappointing stay marked by poor hygiene, terrible service, and complete disregard for guests’ comfort.
Pros:

Unfortunately, there was very little to like about this accommodation.
The location was decent, but the poor service and cleanliness ruined the entire experience.
Nothing stood out positively enough to make up for the disappointing experience.
The only positive thing was the location everything else was below expectations.
Very little. The overall experience was disappointing from start to finish.

Cons:

One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. For three days, our room was not cleaned, our towels were not replaced, the trash bin was not emptied, and even the bed sheets were not changed.
Only on the third day was something finally done about it.
The staff were incredibly unfriendly, showed no interest in our complaints, and took absolutely no responsibility.
There wasn’t even a phone in the room to contact the reception.
On top of that, we could barely sleep because of the excessive noise and a window that would not close properly.

For the amount of money we paid, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable.
Please The hygiene, customer service, and overall experience were far below standard.
We felt completely unwelcome and would definitely not recommend this accommodation to anyone

நான் தங்கிய கழிவறையில் இருந்து ஒரு விதமான கேட்ட வாடை., ஹோட்டலில் லிப்ட் இல்லை.. முதியோர்கள் மிகவும் சிரமபடுவார்கள். அங்கு பணி புரிப்பவர்கள் ஹோட்டல் வேலைக்கு பயிற்சி பேராதவர்கள் போன்று உள்ளனர், மற்றும் தங்கிய 3 நாளும் எங்கள் அறை சுத்தம் செய்யப்படவில்லை.

Extremely bad
Cons:

Very disappointing experience at Bonita Otel. During our first night, we found several cockroaches crawling on the bed, walls, and floor, which is a serious hygiene and health issue. The staff was rude and did not care about the situation at all — we had to leave the hotel at 3 AM and book another one urgently.

Albergo molto pulito staff gentilissimi specialmente Maria una ragazza molto simpatica, colazione tipica alla turca salata e dolce posizione ottima vicino a mezzi pubblici metro, tram ,autobus e vaporetto a piedi si può arrivare al bazar delle spezie e al mercato di Eminönü.spero di tornarci presto

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo nel centro di Istanbul
Pros:

Buon hotel per soggiorni brevi a Istanbul. Non aspettatevi il lusso ma come rapporto qualità/prezzo, calcolando anche la colazione inclusa, il mio giudizio è più che positivo
