My TV didn’t work throughout my stay
The venue has a good free airport pickup service and the breakfast was good.
There was an incident where I was charged twice at the reception which was by accident, and I was able to speak with the manager about it. Though processing my refund took over 2 and a half months for me to receive it. This was because of the poor professionalism and communication of the manager. That was not very professional of him and I hope he uses this review to change his professional behavior in the future. Otherwise the hotel was good in general
The breakfast was moderately fair.
The food variety could have been better
Legend Hotel was great. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. I've stayed at numerous hotels in Rwanda and this was my favorite since it was reasonably priced and had all the amenities I needed. Also our room was so large, it truly felt like a little home for us. Will stay again.
