Amazing
Pros:

So great! The ladies who worked the front desk were so kind and very welcoming. I was greeted each morning with a smile. The security guard who worked there was SO helpful. Carrying my luggage, taking me and my stuff to my room, making sure I crossed the street safely.

The room itself was just as pictured. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. Spacious, with safe, refrigerator, clean bathroom and bed. Nice view of the city! Also right across the street from an amazing Banh Mi place.

Cannot wait to go back there again.

The room, lobby and general shared area was always clean.
The elevator/hallway to room isn’t flash or anything, but the rooms are a nice surprise once you walk in, nice and near new facilities.

Cons:

The stair case to the lobby has no elevator but they had a really helpful man hired to help with that so it’s okay. Maybe the room view wasn’t the best but that’s not a big deal.

Very basic room, not as nice as photos
Pros:

Staff was nice

Cons:

Room was a catfish. Much nicer in the photos than in person. The shower and room was much more worn down. Our room said there was a window but it was to the hallway and the hallway light was on all night. The staff was not willing to upgrade us to a normal room.

Pros:

Room was exactly as in the photos. Bathroom was nice. There was an option to have your room cleaned daily free of charge. Really nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine after months of drinking instant coffee

Cons:

The hotel is actually called Chill Suites Hotel. For me the hotel shows on booking.com as “Chotel Pham Ngu Lao”. But this is not the name, so initially my taxi dropped me to the wrong location as a result of this.
