Everything was good except the heating in my room.
Pros:

It was close to where I was working.

Cons:

The heating in room No 2 was not working so it was freezing.

Pretty quiet, comfortable room, facilities were great. Would happily return

Cons:

Couldn't access the WiFi but not the end of the world, Vodafone had decent signal.

Comfortable stay for a business trip
Pros:

The ease of the location and what you get for a professional travelling is great.
There is easy to use fast electric car chargers about a minute down the road, plenty of parking on-site and great facilities in the kitchen.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was good as as expected.
2nd time I have used this location as everything is done right.

A good stay for price paid but inadequate cleanliness
Pros:

Communal kitchen good. Location is very good & quiet. Good variety of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Airbnb needed a good clean & repainting. Didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom. Instructions to enter property were inadequate on arrival. Owner forgot to inform me of the sign-in code, so this delayed access to my room by about 20 mins.
