Pros:

Der Service und das Personal haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und hat ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung gezeigt. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Frühstücksraum war beispielhaft

Stopover in Poprad / Hohe Tatra - Beste Empfehlung!
Pros:

Traditionsreiches Hotel. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof Poprad-Tatry und trotzdem äusserst ruhig. Direkte Züge von/nach Bratislava, Kosice, Prag. Ebenso direkt mit der Tatrabahn in die Hohe Tatra (Strbske Pleso). Poprad ist neu auch mit dem Bus ab Zakopane (PL) sehr gut erreichbar.
Sehr schönes grosses Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Technik (WLAN, Bad usw) funktioniert perfekt. Äusserst freundliches, hilfsbereites und kundenorientiertes Personal an der Réception. Zahlung im Hotel und nicht online ist ebenfalls sehr kundenfreundlich. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (kurzfristige Buchung). Wegen früher Abreise habe ich sogar ein Lunchpaket erhalten!

Nyüzsgő környék, mégis csendes és nyugodt pihenés!
Pros:

Nagyon finom, bőséges reggeli!
Vacsorázni is tudtunk az étteremben, ami szintén nagyon finom és bőséges volt!

Pros:

Hotel se nachází blízko vlakové stanice, přesto nejde nic slyšet ,takže klidné spaní na pohodlných postelích. Personál velice milý, snídaně vynikající ,velký výběr. Překvapily nás domácí jogurty a jiné laskominy. Byly jsme velice spokojeni a určitě při další návštěvě si tento hotel znovu vybereme, vyšli nám ve všem vstříc.

Beautiful and great location with old world charm.
Pros:

The hotel has that old-world look and feel, and is beautifully appointed. Great location right next to the train station. Nice room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good, except for a couple of times. More in the next section.

Cons:

Breakfast was solid and they will cook your eggs to your taste. A couple of times we were ushered to the coffee shop and served a scaled-down version (much to our disappointment) because there weren’t enough guests to justify the “real thing”.

Skvelá lokalita, čisté izby
Pros:

Výborná lokalita a navyše hneď vedľa vlakovej stanice. Izby čisté, jedlo na raňajky chutné a celkom pestré. V hotelovej reštaurácii nám tiež chutilo. Dostatok parkovacieho miesta pri hoteli zadarmo.

Friendly welcome stuff, breakfast absolutely amazing, comfortable bed.
Pros:

Close the train station. Very comfortable bed.
Nice and clean. Quite.

Cons:

Evening dinner wasn’t great but maybe because the same evening hotel had big private dining.
