Servicio muy bueno. Con una salvedad después de tener algún que otro problema de obras el GPS se perdió llegamos al hotel y creo que cogí al único idiota que hay en el hotel. Siendo los únicos que había para inscribir, se pasó una hora y picó para registrarnos, nos dio una habitación de una cama, cuando lo reservado era dos camas. Cenamos las dos empanadillas y a dormir. La mañana siguiente se abrieron los cielos y la tierra, las chicas del servicio de hotel recepcionistas y cafetería nos quitaron el cabreo de la noche anterior y quitando de algún detalle estamos encantados de nuestro paso por este hotel. Seguramente no volvere y fácil de entender, está a 3.000km. De mi casa y tengo 79. Debe estar claro.
El primer tropiezo
Struttura storica, situata fronte stazione e a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro.
Camera bella e accogliente, pulitissima, bagno perfetto, staff al top, colazione eccellente con buffet variegato (con tanto di bottiglia di vino prosecco del Veneto per i dolci).
L'assenza di climatizzatore in stanza, al suo posto un ventilatore, comunque nessun problema per la notte in quanto il clima del luogo prevede notti fresche.

Atmosfera da grand hotel di altri tempi, bella struttura, parcheggio comodissimo, camera grande e bella, bagno ok, sala ristorante tipo belle epoque e cena ottima
Colazione deludente, poca varietà e qualità così così, non ci siamo. Considerando la colazione, il prezzo è eccessivo
The hotel is located next to the train and stations, an ideal accommodation as a base to explore various places around the high tatras. The buffet breakfast was good with reasonable selections.
The room we stayed faced the train station. We couldn't open the windows to have some fresh air in as it became loud and noisy.

Personál bol veľmi priateľský a raňajky výborne. Výhľad bol veľmi krásny, ale to sa tak trochu od Popradu očakáva. Poteší autobusová a vlaková stanica pár krokov od hotela.
Vybavenie izby mohlo byť lepšie. Od štvorhviezdičkového hotela som očakával pohodlnejšiu posteľ a vankúše. Oboje bolo veľmi tvrdé. Lokácia je fajn, ale bez prítomnej klimatizácie sa to mení na mínus, keďže hosť musí v letných mesiacoch otvoriť okno a následne ho rušia zvuky zo stanice.
Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Jakość produktów na wysokim poziomie.

Pekný a čistý hotel. Personál bol milý, empatický. Raňajky vynikajúce. Odporúčam.
Pohodlná posteľ, personál veľmi príjemný, výborná lokalita s výhľadom na Vysoké Tatry.
Bola slabo odhlučnená izba, celkom slabý tlak vody v sprche a treba v lete počítať s vyššou teplotou na izbe, ale aspoň bol k dispozícii ventilátor.
