High quality hotel, wonderful staff and great location
Pros:

Our room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. The staff were wonderful! We were allowed to check in several hours early. In addition, because we had to depart at 5am, before breakfast, the staff had arranged breakfast bags with sandwiches, fruit and drinks that they gave to us as we departed. The restaurant is very good. Finally, the hotel is in a super convenient location if you arrive or depart by train or bus.

Personál ochotný, prostory jako na zámku, umístění přímo u nádraží, takže žádné tahání kufrů..i k této poloze uvnitř nejde vůbec poznat že jste u nádraží.

Cons:

Jako milovnice klidu na spánek jsem na noc vypínala lednici…
Vana vedle toalety by si zasloužila dělící sklo, aby po osprchování nebylo prkénko vždy mokré…🙂

Dobre miejsce na wypady w Wysokie Tatry.
Pros:

Łatwy dokąd, dobra lokalizacja i ciekawe, stylowe wnętrze. Dobre, urozmaicone śniadania i bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Hotel dysponuje tylko kilkoma miejscami parkingowymi, wiec trzeba szukać miejsca „na ulicy”, co w przypadku zapakowanego sprzętem narciarskim samochodu stanowi pewien dyskomfort.

Very small tv for huge room, jacuzzi so small, fire place not working, breakfast very poor, main entrance to hotel closed, stairs frosty and sleepery in the morning (poor care for customers safety)! Very unsatisfied!

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war eine sehr angenehme Überraschung. Alles war ordentlich und sauber
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Allerdings war die Warmwassertemperatur beim Duschen für mein Empfinden etwas zu niedrig.
Das Frühstück war von besonders guter Qualität. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch das Stadtzentrum sind bequem und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Eine Sauna wäre vielleicht noch eine schöne Ergänzung.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer gab es zwei Fenster, von denen eines bei starkem Wind sehr laute Geräusche verursachte. Das windige Wetter draußen erschwerte dadurch unsere Erholung erheblich.

Pros:

Hotel je opravdu krásně zařízený jako by vypadl z doby Hercula Poirota :) Velice vkusné a ladící. Využili jsme večer i návštěvy baru. Slečny pracující v tomto hotelu byly milé a šikovné.
