Spotlessly clean, convenient, comfortable, modern and easy to find. Right by a bus stop. Flexible people running the place, so check in was easy. Hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet room. Entry of local shops and food outlets.

Everything was as expected. Area a little rough but nothing extraordinary for big metrapolis. Great location to access public transport.
Since we had late check-in the owner asked for 20$, which wasn't mentioned when booking. When booking it mentioned that check-in is inculed. But again, we weŗe checking in at midnight and can understand that thi is not a hotel with 24/7 reception.

Location so noisy bottle smashing it people screaming on the street till early hours.
Double bed very uncomfortable. Only 2 pillows. No soundproofing In rooms.
No reception area which I was shown.
Have to carry your luggage up a fire escape stair well to enter. Thin and steep steps looks like a dump nothing but rubbish everywhere as you go up stairs.
Your wifi is on a torn paper.
No instructions on how to get your breakfast.
We paid at restaurant down stairs only to bump to manager or owner not sure. He said oh sorry did you not

Rooms were very clean towels included everything u need in kitchen bathrooms very spacious and clean staff were amazing and are very friendly and helpful the breakfast we had was great lovely cafe
The only thing which really isn’t a huge deal was it would of been nice to have a tv in room but we just watched stuff on mobiles
