Great location on Easter Island. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They arranged a rental car and a tour for us, provided good advice on restaurants and even shared fresh bananas with us. The room was warm but there was an air conditioner in our unit. We had a view of the sea and there was a nice food truck restaurant complex right by the facility. Breakfast was next door at a coffee shop which also was very good. We felt welcome and they contacted us via WhatsApp to know if we needed anything. If we come back, this is where we would stay....very inviting!
The afternoon sun heated the room greatly. A blackout curtain would definitely help cool the unit. (Unit 1).
Nothing. Well okay the breakfast was okay but it was provided by a neighbouring property. Booking.com - please review the star rating - this is based on false information. At best it is 2 stars.
The whole experience was terrible. For the first time in our 40+ years of travelling we moved to another hotel and left two of 3 nights paid for but unused. 1. It is NOT beachfront! you cross the road and then it is rocks to the water no beach. 2. We booked the cheaper "double room with garden view" no garden but a carpark.3.The room came with a tiny portable fan (0we were not expecting AC but this was absurd) because of the bugs and cockroaches ( which they warn you of ) you must close the windows at night because there is not flyscreen. so it is hotter inside than out. 4. They say English is spoken but it is NOT. Apparently the regular host is sick so the owner is standing in ?? 5.The room was to include Kettle coffee machine and other features just not there! Tring to communicate via google translator or the GM who is on the mainland was so difficult. We advised we were leaving and need to settle account then whilst waiting on site to leave i get a message accusing us of not paying !! 6. Bathroom is dirty a*nd stained . 7. There is NO bar or restaurant . It looks like it being renovated but nothing was said to us.

Las camas excelentes, al igual que las almohadas
Dado el calor, podría tener Aire Acondicionado, sobre todo en las cabañas del 2do Piso que les llega el sol por todos lados
Dado los zancudos y otros bichos, podrían tener mosquiteros todas las ventanas. Acutalmente sólo 2 ventanas lo tenían, entonces no es gran aporte si no es la totalidad de ventanas, para así mantener la cabaña aireada y fresca.
Falta espacio para guarda ropa, en una pieza NO había nada más que 2 camas y 1 velador, había espacio suficiente para instalar closet, y en dormitorio principal también se requiere espacio comodo para guardar la ropa
No está muy adaptado para adultos mayores, ya que para cabañas en 2do piso se debe pasar por estacionamiento que es de ripio, lo cual complica el caminar, y mover las maletas ya que las ruedas no se mueven con las piedras
Tiene todo lo necesario, lo principal limpieza, preocupación y ubicación

Amazing location , incredible sunset and sunrise , super cosy bungalows and a lovely breakfast. The manager ist the most helpful lady you can imagine . She will help you make the best out of your stay in Rapa Nui .

The bungalow needs some repairs, balcony door not closing properly and with great effort.
The breakfast at the café next-door, as the proper breakfast rom was under reconstruction, was frustrating as the staff there was rude and always reminding us to give them a tip. They did not want to give us a second coffee. The food options were limited, they never asked for dietary restrictions and brought us almost the same every day.
The bungalow was not cleaned or tidied up during the 5 nights stay, the towels were changed on the 4th day.

O atendimento da Andrea e do Carlos foram incríveis. Nos sentimos muito bem recepcionados tanto na entrada quanto no checkout.
Café da manhã: feito no Bistrô ao lado, mas de uma qualidade excelente! Acreditamos que isso complementou e muito a experiência!
Quarto grande e espaçoso, cama gigante e com muitos travesseiros! Adoramos. Banheiro grande e espaçoso.
Espaço de fora com mesinha e cadeiras muito agradável: perfeito para um lanche/snack no final do dia!
Espaço da cozinha não utilizamos muito, mas tudo muito bem equipado, novo e limpo.
Único ponto de melhora que tornaria a experiência ainda mais confortável e única: instalar AC no quarto. Sentimos falta, principalmente no final da tarde, quando o sol pegava bem direto em nosso quarto e deixava o ambiente um pouco mais abafado.
A acomodação é boa e bem localizada
Solicitei a nota fiscal para a acomodação, não me enviaram, tentei contato novamente e não me responderam. Usei a plataforma do booking para solicitar e novamente não responderam. 5 minutos depois da primeira avaliação negativa voltaram a falar comigo, alegando não responder por falta de tempo e que também haviam me enviado a fatura por email, pedi para reenviar e levaram mais de um dia para conseguir enviar um documento gerado em excel sem valor fiscal (factura proforma). Enfim, fui prejudicado.
