Not Value For Money
Pros:

Booked the room over there n was told that rooms are not available. Forced to take expensive room and for that cost, there is no such facility. In short, not value for Money.

Cons:

Pleasing client wud have been better. Their focus waa to convert the client to get more money. There is no client servicing. No breakfast.
