Vicinanza autostrada, parcheggio, camera con balcone, frigobar, climatizzatore efficiente

Cons:

Stanza invasa dalle zanzare e conseguente notte insonne. In reception non avevano rimedio. Hotel datato, avrebbe bisogno di profonda ristrutturazione

Pros:

Only staff reception was good, restaurant staff was always in a bad mood like don't want to work.

Cons:

Bfast is poor, everyday just 4 pieces of ham and some cheese,only ready made cakes ,no bread at all you ask for some bread and the answer was finished, hotel looks very tired and old , when I complained they have said to me that they are loosing money to keep it open,so why it's open???????? Better is closed,there was nothing as the web site on booking.com says.

Pros:

Excellent communication with the hotel. Access the gate, hotel and room by the application. Arrived late at night, got full instructions by WhatsApp. Safety parking, beautiful aria. Simple breakfast but with good coffee. Evening is fine. Ideal for short stays.

Cons:

The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. The children in the next room were making noise, and it was very loud. The rooms were cleaned early, and the vacuum cleaner was making a loud noise. We asked the hotel to extend our checkout for a few hours an additional fee, but this was not possible.

Main gate, main door and room door controll via an app

Cons:

No sound isolation, no maintenance of the surroundings even some rods that had to hold stairs carpet in place was out of place whole time. Room cleaner was on the phone whole time while cleaning rooms and she was loud!!
