Muy moderno la habitación y cuarto baño incluido la TV , quizás para personas más jovenes , pero muy limpio .
Bueno quizás lo que tarde en encontrar, luego estaba el ascensor averiado , para un hombre de cerca 70 años y con asma subir la 3 planta donde tuve que sentarme en la segunda por asfixia al subir , luego todo electrónico , baño y almohadas
Falta de mantenimiento, paredes sucias, acumulacion de polvo por encima del cabecero y alguna amiga por ahí
La ubicación no era mala, pero el acceso era difícil, había obras en la calle y se complicaba llegar con maletas.
Había un olor terrible a alcantarilla en la habitación. El interruptor de la luz no se podía apagar desde la cama; había que levantarse. Además la luz era horrible. El WC era casi más grande que el propio baño. Muy moderno, pero absolutamente incómodo para el tamaño del baño.

스페인문화인것같은데 사람들이 밤늦게 소리지르고 노래부르고 방음이 전혀안돼요. 조식있다고 소개 받았는데 이 숙소는 없다도 하네요. 조식도 없으면서 왜 있다도 소개하는건지 이해가 안되네요. 프론트 사람이 없어서 고객센터에 전화해야하고 물도 안주고 화장실에 하수구 냄새가 가득해요. 방에 불이 계속 깜빡이는거 말했는데도 처리를 안해줘서 옷으로 가리면서 지냈네요. 개선이 많이 필요해요.

Personne à l'accueil pendant tout le séjour, tout par messages. Avec temps d'attente sur appel vocal.
Pas de petit déjeuner alors qu'il est noté sur Booking, et sur les instructions dans la chambre. Obligés d'aller en ville.
Que estaba en el centro
Mi habitación estaba al lado de las máquinas del ascensor y el ruido era insoportable. No se podía descansar.
El personal de servicio muy amable.
Habitación amplia y de buen gusto la decoración.
El hotel muy seguro.
Está bien ubicado, solo a la llegada hay que estar atento a encontrar la callecita.
Hubiera estado mejor quedarnos una noche más.
Que no pudimos disfrutar más la ducha maravillosa que tiene el baño.

La televisión no funcionaba; no se veía ningún canal salvo Netflix.
El agua no salía caliente.
Llamabas para que alguien viniera a solucionarlo, pero te atienden por teléfono desde Barcelona.
Me dieron la última habitación, cuál fue mi sorpresa cuando la cama era de obra y era la terminación del ascensor ( o sea la cama era el tope ) y al lado estaba toda la maquinaria del mismo , un ruido toda la noche infernal no pude dormir

The rooms were clean, well maintained, the bed was comfortable. A Smart mirror and Japanese toilets were nice unexpected extras. Coffee and teas available in the lobby for free.
