Pros:

I could not thank all the staff enpugh at this Resort. I have been a female solo traveller for over 20 years. I felt safe and the service was exceptional. I would get fresh coffee brought to my door in the morning with room service at all times. Offering fresh food. They carry your bags to and from the shops. I have also been dropped off at inconvenient times at the local city centre. Harpreet would call me to see if l have arrived safely from my daily trips. I would like to thank all the staff at Dyal Resorts. They treat you like family and l will definitely come back and stay here. They made me feel welcome and safe. Hotel is kept clean with soothing music for anyone. Best hotel service l have ever had in my experience. Great home cooked food brought to your room.

Cons:

I liked everything. Haven't got a bad word for this Beautiful Resort and staff.

Excellent stay and location, Staff is Excellent and well spoken.
Pros:

The property rooms are new and spacious , Staff was very cooperative and welcoming.

Cons:

Shortage of housekeeping staff, may be due to parties are going on. However cleaning of rooms can be improved.
