The location. The service.
The check out. They had taken 100% money in advance for the stay and sent an email acknowledgement confirming payment and yet their staff insisted that no payment was received. Only after I told them that this then is a matter of cyber fraud and we should file a police complaint did they acknowledge that yes they got the payment.

Rooms were spacious and nice, the overall vibe is good and comfortable.
The maintenance is a big issue here , the whole point was to book the better room with the jacuzzi tub, both the rooms it was not functional, the dining hall ac were not working in the peak summer. The breakfast is very limited, first day we weren't even provided with bread and butter, no milk provided in breakfast, no cereal. Telivision is way off from the bed, can't see properly.
Away from the city so it was peaceful. They allow pets which is the best thing about the property.
Limited options for dining. Many items weren’t available at Dinner and Breakfast menu was very small.

Es nou i net, està a un lloc tranquil a l’entrada del poble enmih de jardins molt ben cuidsts, habitacions molt grans.
Un bany mal pensat, gran pero amb la dutxa al centre sense plat ni cortines. El personal mostra bona voluntat però no està gaire preparat per rebre hostes internacionals.
La buena voluntad del personal no suple la eficiència però se agradece.
