Duvet had blood stains, bed sheets were stained.bed was hard.stains on the walls.bathroom was absolutely dirty. The pool was dirty,Generally the hotel looked like it needed demolition. Thankfully we hadn't paid for it. My niece unfortunately had paid the full amount, and was refused a refund. The pictures were obviously photo shot, to the degree, anyone who saw these pictures would think, that the hotel was well kept.
Unfortunately the worst experience we had,
How anyone can write positive reviews about this place is beyond my understanding.

1) Well landscaped and clean property
2) Clean and spacious room
3) Swimming pool is good
4) 1.5 Km from Nagaon beach

Cons:

1) Food was below standard. We preferred Swiggy food delivery for meals.
2) Poor management. Repeatedly requested to fix bathroom shower, but no response.
3) Took additional 2.5% for payment through credit card but was not mentioned in total bill.
4) Overall, not value for money.

All good experience
Pros:

Well maintained : seems like new, restaurant available - all kinds of food at a average rate. Staff behaviour and overall experience is excellent.

Cons:

Swimming pool is very small : more of a show piece… rooms could have been bigger but for a night stay - fine.

Pros:

The ambience is awesome. It's at a Quiter place. the staff is so friendly and kind and polite. Each rooms are beautifully made i loved the quotes painted on the walls of the room. Even in a 2 nights stay, the housekeeping staff did clean the room. Great place for Family, couple, friends or even solo

Pros:

Room service was good.

Cons:

Swimming pool and room was uncomfortable. Restaurant took incorrect order and delivered food with high valued. Prices not all worth. Pics which you shared for swimming pool is different from actual.

Amazing staff. Clean and hygienic overall. Loved their mascot, Cherry the dog.

Very pleasant experience.
Pros:

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. Cleanliness is superb. The room was big, very tastefully decorated and had all the facilities equivalant to 4 star hotel.

Cons:

This is not a complaint in particular. The restaurant timings are little different than normal. They dont serve anything between 4-7 pm. So to have high tea/snacks, one may need to step out.
