Pros:

The view from the place is exceptional and the staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

It's not a hotel per say but more like a homestay. I prefer this but the value for the money is less.

Cons:

Very very Over-priced food.
They Took money to provide a heater but the heater was in their facilities when I booked the property.
One of their staff mistakenly poured food on me during service. I can understand that , it can happen but they did not offer minimum laundry service for that and when I gave them my clothes for laundry they said no one is there for today from the laundry team. They didn't even bother to clean my clothes. They should have done it on their own.
