Endroit chaleureux
Pros:

Nous avons adoré le personnel et le lieu. Le fait d’être indépendant et l’endroit reste calme et la piscine est peu fréquentée. La plage est accessible à 2 min à pied ce qui est très pratique.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et servis devant la chambre ce qui est parfait !
Le ménage était impeccable et les logements beaux. Ils prêtent une glacière et des chaises pour la plage, et également des serviettes de plage.

Cons:

L’éclairage dans les chambres pourrait être une lumière jaune et chaude plutôt que froide pour donner un aspect plus chaleureux au logement.
Hôtel au bord de route mais on le savait déjà.

Beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located—an easy place to relax and enjoy Santa Teresa.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, with a Spanish-inspired design that feels both stylish and relaxed. The rooms were very comfortable, and we especially loved having our own outdoor space with a hammock and cushioned chairs—it was perfect for unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine while listening to live music from the neighbouring property.

The pool was pristine and very well maintained—we found ourselves spending a lot of time there both before and after the beach. It’s a quiet, lush space that really adds to the overall experience.

The location is also a huge plus—just a 3–5 minute walk to one of the most beautiful stretches of beach, with plenty of quiet spots and natural shade, perfect for setting up a hammock and relaxing.

Breakfast delivered right to our casita each morning was such a treat (and always extra coffee, which we appreciated!).

José at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Manala Hotel.

Cons:

A couple of minor things to note—the TV standby light is quite bright at night, so we ended up covering it to keep the room darker for sleeping. The AC works well and is definitely needed, though it does run fairly loud and continuously, so we ended up using earplugs at night, which worked fine.

Tolle Unterkunft, Strandnähe und sehr natürlich angelegt.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel nah am Strand und umgeben von Natur. Wasserspender in der Rezeption war sehr komfortabel. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind in Santa Teresa einmalig schön.

Cons:

Aus der Steckdose kamen Ameisen, hab ich aber gemeldet, kann mit Silikon behoben werden.

Amazing property immersed in nature!
Pros:

The staff were so incredibly helpful - we had to leave early to catch the ferry (6:30am) and would miss the breakfast serving window. They proactively accommodated this and brought fresh cut fruit in a to-go container to our room so that we would have something for the road. Alfredo at reception was also very welcoming and even guided us to a local rodeo in Cobano.

We also hung out by the pool for a day, where we watched capuchin and howler monkeys interact, it was truly amazing to spend hours doing this! 10/10 experience at Manala!

We enjoyed it and would come back if we could stay in the same bungalow.
Pros:

We stayed in the bungalow farthest from the road - number 8 - I highly recommend it. The road is noisy and polluted and we couldn't hear it.

Cons:

A breakfast buffet with more choices would have been preferable. Eggs every day get a little old.

Bungalows de excelente calidad y excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Los bangalows son muy cómodos. Amplios y limpios.
El personal es muy amable.
Está perfectamente ubicado, al lado de la playa. Puedes caminar a restaurantes, tiendas, etc.
Buen parking.
Todo funciona bien, el desayuno es muy bueno, te lo llevan a la habitación a la hora que lo pides y puedes tomar desayuno relajadamente.

Cons:

Si viajas solo, no es un lugar donde vas a poder conocer otros viajeros.

Schöne Bungalows in einem gepflegten und grünem Gelände mit wunderbarem Pool. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, ausreichend groß, gute Ausstattung. Lage perfekt zum Strand und Stadt. Bequeme Betten, haben die Stühle für den Strand gemocht.

Cons:

Wasserdruck eher schlecht. Frühstück naja, aber es wurde auf der Terrasse serviert
