Ok but not good value.
Pros:

Beautiful building in great location. Good breakfast.

Cons:

No reception staff self check in required. Interior a bit shabby. Beds uncomfortable and I felt I would roll off. Parking inadequate. I had one meal in the restaurant and it was very average for the high cost.

Pros:

Well presented and staff brilliant.

Weird smell in the bathroom, smelt like mop heads needed changing however I just opened the window and it took it away.

It was at a very good location.

Cons:

Everything else except the location was not upto the mark. The rooms had spiders and cob-webs, one of which stung me at night. The staff wasnt very helpful either.

Pros:

We stayed for one night and all went well, smooth check in and checked out. Parking space is limited, however there is plenty free space off the road.

Can not comment on staff as did not see anyone throughout our stay.

Cons:

Lots of cobwebs above the bed and in the corners. Clearly been there a long time. Not enough parking. Had to park the car on a side street and carry all our luggage up the road.

Disappointing stay overall

Our car broke down as we were leaving and two staff members went above and beyond to help us. Thanks so much!

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, with a condom wrapper in the bathroom, black mould in the shower and hairs throughout the room. We reported this to reception, who said the room would be cleaned, but the following day only the bed was lightly tidied and the bins weren’t emptied. On day three, a manager spoke to us, apologised and arranged for the room to finally be cleaned.

On day one, we also asked if they could keep our milk in a fridge as there wasn’t one in the room. It was only the day before checking out that we were told a fridge could have been provided.

We also requested a cot, which was advertised as free, but were initially told via message that there would be a charge. Although we were eventually told it was free, they refused to provide a cot mattress. We understand that blankets aren’t provided for safety reasons, but a mattress should be the bare minimum. Every other hotel has provided one.

Overall, a disappointing experience given the price and what we expected from the stay.

Position centrale dans un lieu très typé et très joli
Pros:

Situation centrale dans Snowdonia - Bâtiment à façade typique - Chambres calmes malgré la situation à rue - Prix corrects tant pour la chambre que pour le pub (repas/boissons) - Petits déjeuners de qualité et variés - Personnel confirmé très accueillant - Parking avec espace moto (mais un seul) - Plateau de bienvenue en chambre quotidiennement regarni.

Cons:

La taille du lit (1m40, surtout s'il fait chaud, c'est petit pour 2 personnes)
La petitesse du parking pouvant obliger à aller chercher un parking payant à l'extérieur
