Bed was very uncomfortable, noisy people in other rooms, fan noise all night from kitchen very bad sleep. No staff interaction at all all digital check in and check out.

Pros:

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. The area of the hotel is pleasant, there are some walking paths to enjoy, and it isn't far to drive up to hike mountains. It was my second time booking with this hotel.

Cons:

In the late evening there isn't any place to have some food. There isn't always a parkin spot available on site. Unfortunately our room's rubbish bins were filled with rubbish after the previous guest. The rooms seemed clean, but clearly staff forgotten to empty the bins.

Lovely hotel but not worth the money

Great location, lovely staff and clean rooms. Thoroughly recommended.
Pros:

Staff were great - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely - clean and well kept. The restaurant and bar were cosy and plenty of space to sit and relax before having an evening meal in the fantastically designed main restaurant. We didn't have breakfast as we were away early the next morning. There were multiple car charging points in the car park.

Cons:

Nothing, we were very happy with the hotel.

Decent bathroom with a powerful shower.
Excellent breakfast with attentive service.
Good value room for location in Betwys centre.

Cons:

Evening food and bar service was mediocre at best and would probably go elsewhere next time but Breakfast service was faultless.
