We would recommend staying . Good value for a very pleasant hotel
Pros:

Lovely decor throughout the hotel and the bedroom. The restaurant is very modern , we didn’t eat here but the menu looked very good

Cons:

The bedroom was clean but the bathroom had a missed clump of someone’s hair on the floor and had a musky smell . The cooked breakfast was good but the cereal , toast and fruit etc was a bit underwhelming, much less choice than other hotels we’ve stayed at

Pros:

Enjoyed the feeling of the place, cleanliness in the rooms, breakfast. The location as well - just hope on any of the busses to the best hiking spots or if the weather is less than desired, there are Caernarfon and Penrhyn castles making for a great day trip each.

Nice hotel in good location.
Pros:

Good central location. Parking at the rear. Clean comfortable nice room.

Cons:

The lack of personal staff contact. At reception I checked in and out using the machine. This was efficient but so impersonal. I never saw or spoke to a member of staff. No welcome,no opportunity to ask any local questions . It probably saves money and staff time but I think it misses having an identity of the hotel it may aswell be a capsule hotel,which is a shame as it’s a nice building in a lovely place.
I also had several emails including one to review the stay before I’d even arrived.

The hotel features comfortable rooms with all modern amenities. We enjoyed lunch at breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel.
