Smutsigt och högljutt

Unfortunately, the room itself was far below the standard we expected, especially for the price. When we arrived, we noticed the bedding was dirty, and later discovered rat droppings on the bed and headboard, and scattered around the room. Even worse, we soon realised we were sharing the room with multiple rats - over the course of our stay, we saw at least five inside our room.

We informed staff on our second day, and although traps were put down, they didn’t solve the issue. We do believe at that moment we should’ve been offered a different room or a full refund. The following day, a very brave staff member entered our room and caught four of the rats by hand, but that same night we still heard more in the room.

We ultimately decided to move hotels, and we were refunded for our final night. The man who checked us out was very apologetic, which we genuinely appreciated. However, despite the helpful staff, the situation itself was completely unacceptable and a health hazard, snd upon reading older reviews, it’s clear that this isn’t a new issue. Sadly wouldn’t stay here again.

Se escuchaba todo desde la habiatación del hotel la musica de los de los restaurantes de al lado

No staff to greet us had to work things out for ourselves with key from next door. Not even a card with wifi code or any infomation.
Pool dirty and unkept, full of insects floating.
Towels provided still drying on chairs.
Tv not working
Safe locked so we couldn't use it and loose on the shelf so ??
Kitchen was filthy with the sink full of dirty plates. Very noisy room, definatly don't stay here unless your after a crash pad after a late night out, you'll need a few cocktails to help you sleep.

Trop de bruit, boite de niit a coté de l’établissement

Quizá tuvimos mala suerte con nuestra habitación pero estaba bastante sucia, las sábanas sucias y rotas y ademas había un hormiguero en el baño. Lo comunicamos al staff y fueron super amables, nos intentaron solucionar el problema de las hormigas y finalmente como no tenían más habitaciones nos ayudaron con la cancelación gratuita de la reserva.

La piscine n’est pas super propre, mais il y a la plage juste à côté 😁

The dirtiest place I’ve been to in Indonesia, staff is unfortunately not very reliable. The rooms, the floor, the kitchen and the pool are disgusting

Praia mais próxima muito suja. Instalações do hotel com pouca manutenção, piscina com azulejos soltos, tivemos goteira no quarto com água caindo direto na cama.

Because it has a great location it was very noisy. Don’t recommend if you are looking for a place for relaxing, otherwise, is really good.

No nos limpiaron la habitación ninguno de los 3 días que estuvimos allí. El wifi no funcionaba bien durante el día. El desayuno es básico. La piscina estaba sucia por una obra que hay al lado, no nos pudimos bañar.

El único punto negativo es el ruido por estar en el centro, a mí personalmente no me molesta, pero entiendo que si pueda molestar

Impossivel dormir com a musica dos bares/restaurantes proximos. O hotel esta no meio das ruas principais de Kuta com muito movimento e demasiado ruido. A insonorização no quarto nao existe.
