가성비 너무 갓성비였어요 일단 주차가 편리했고 실내가 깨끗했어요 군더더기 없이 꼭 필요한것을 갖추고 있었어요 이가격에 조식까지 포함되었구요 조식은 토스트와 시리얼 우유 주스 구운계란으로 씸플했지만 맛있게 먹었어요 청초호가 보이는 전망 좋은방으로 배정되었어요 실내는 오피스텔처럼 환하고 사진하고 똑 같았어요 남편과 둘이 속초여행 갔는데 나는 원래 잠자리바뀌면 잘 못자는 체질인데 밤에 정말 푹 잘 잤어요 침대는 트윈으로 킹사이즈와 슈퍼싱글이 있어서 정말 편했어요 욕실도 깔끔하고 넓었어요 위치도 시내 중심이라 모든 인프라가 잘 되어있는 곳이고 시끄럽지도 않아서 오히려 좋았어요 럭셔리한 호텔은 아니고 가성비를 중시한다면 적극 추천합니다

Top hotel met fijne kamer!
Pros:

Nieuw hotel met heerlijke bedden. De eigenaar is heel gastvrij en vriendelijk, we hadden hele prettige communicatie en hij spreekt ook de engelse taal een beetje. Locatie is top en de bushalte naar het Seoraksan national park vlakbij. Super fijne ervaring en zou een volgende keer weer hier verblijven.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, misschien een tip om bij het tweepersoonsbed aan beide zijden een tafeltje met lampje neer te zetten, nu dus aan één kant.

Great stay but still there are some room for improvements

가족분들이 운영하시는 호텔인데 친절하시고, 시설도 깔끔하니 너무 괜찮았어요

소통의 부재가 아쉬웠어요.
외국인들분들도 저처럼 저희집과 다른 리모콘시스템덕에 TV 를 제대로 작동 시키지 못해 그 다음날 아침 아버지 사장님께 직접 여쭤봤어야 했는데 그걸 가이드로 베리트 호텔을 어떻게 더 잘 이용할 수 있는지가 없어 아쉬웠어요.

그리고 한국어로 된 sign만 있다보니 외국인들은 번역기를 꺼내야하는 번거로움이 있었을듯.

가족분들이 운영하시니 카운터 부재가 잦으셨는데 저희가 봤을때는 카운터 사인이 그저 리셉션 오퍼레이션 시간만 안내 되어 있어서 아쉬웠어요. 부지런히 맞는 사인으로 바꿔주셨더라면 기다리지 않고 바로 서비스 받았을텐데요. 그리고 카페에서 조식서비스 운영하시는데 거기에서도 소통의 부재를 느꼈어요.
외국인분은 커피 오더는 유료인것도 모르시고, 전기 주전자에 뜨거운 물이 없을때는 다른 뜨거운 물 기계가 있는걸 모르시고 10분이나 서서 기다리시는데 따님같이 보이시는 분만 한분 분주히 커피 만드는데 정신없으시더라구요.
안내문구만 잘 놓아두셨으면 다른 분들도 혼잡 하지 않으셨을텐데.

Clean but disappointing customer service and breakfast

Very clean with lovely fresh clean bedding and the area was good for the market and expo area

Cons:

Breakfast was dull- toast, very hard boiled eggs and sugary cereals - also extra charge for coffee. Very disappointed that the owner wouldn’t let us use the cafe for 3 hours post checkout to sit and do some admin. It felt unbelievably petty
