Local extremamente agradável.
Pros:

Desde a chegada, sempre bem atendido, proprietária muito prestativa. Local não tão distante da praia e com toda comodidade para quem está viajando, inclusive com local para cozinhar se for necessário ao invés de procurar um restaurante. Facilidade para acessar rodovia. Recomendo a quem tiver família e estiver afim de viajar para Ubatuba com um bom lugar para ficar. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes e ficaremos no mesmo local.

Séjour agréable proche de la plage
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable, la cuisine mise à disposition permet de se préparer des repas, la taille de la chambre est très bien, l'ambiance était silencieuse donc nous avons pu nous reposer, le logement est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage et proche d'un supermarché.

Um ótimo custo beneficio.
Pros:

O casal anfitrião são muito receptivos, falou sobre as praias da regiao e nos deixou bem a vontade. A localização é ótima, tem uma praia que da para ir caminhando e o bairro aparenta ser bem tranquilo.

Cons:

Infelizmente não sabemos se é comum do local ou se foi algo exporádico mas estava muito calor na região e o quarto estava muito quente, mesmo com o ventilador ligado no maximo, ainda assim não conseguia deixar o ambiente confortavel. Poderia ser mais climatizado.
