Il residence è situato in un posto tranquillo , silenzioso, c è parcheggio coperto , piscina con bar dove puoi fare colazione, aperitivi...c è angolo per cuocere la carne in un giardino tenuto molto bene...rete da pallavolo...cosa dire di più?
C è una pasticceria e un ristorante in cui ci si può andare a piedi...per godere di tutto bisognava stare di piu!

Monica e Davide. Molto bello il giardino con piscina e piccolo bar. Il residence è immerso nel verde per una vacanza fatta di tempi lenti, ma allo stesso tempo è sotuato in un punto strategico per muoversi in auto e visitare le spiagge dell'isola.
Accoglienza, presenza di un bel giardino con piscina , posizione in zona tranquilla e vicina a Marina di campo e a circa 30 min dalle altre spiagge visitate

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is conveniently located to travel across entire island. Davide was also a great host at the pool bar!
The location was just perfect.
Just in the middle of the island. Ideal if you want to explore around.
Back with the location, a few meters away there is a very nice restaurant, Cantina Elana, and an amazing place for breakfast, which i can't remember, but it has several awards. It is also convenient to rent a bike or motorcycle *as we did. There is a renting walkable.

The common areas are stunning, super peaceful, and well maintained. It is a shame we did not have more time to enjoy it..perfect place to disconnect
If the rooms would have been kept better, we would definitely go back, it is a shame...
so it is a shame that the rooms are in the conditions they are. All sanitary are in very bad conditions, moldy, the floor is dirty there is a kitchen but not only was not equipped but seen the status of bathroom we didnt dare to use it.
. Bed linen and bath linen are not included, so you need to pay separately, but you need to do the bed yourself... First time in my life it happens in a hotel outside from home 😅
The first day and a half, we did not have hot water. They told us they had a technical issue, which got solved. However, the water of the WC was not working properly either.
It's a super place! Comfortable,well air-conditioned apartment in a beautiful garden, pool, yacuzzi, free parking lots with roof and super bar with Davide!:) He and her wife Monica are ones of the kindest people I have ever met. We love them.
