A bit expensive but good option.
Pros:

Free parking in the premises, no English spoken but helpful staff. Good breakfast in the room included. Located outside the centre, close to the village of Kish. Quiet neighbourhood. A couple of good restaurants not too far away. The owner wanted us to pay upon arrival, claiming not to have received booking confirmation (this has happened often to us in Azerbaijan), but he accepted the proof of having already paid and confirmed reception of payment the next day.
