A great, clean and cosy budget accommodation for 1-2 people in the heart of a lively Istanbul street.
The flat is located very close to a lively bar so beware that it's likely to be noisy over the weekend with the partying crowds.
Location was perfect, the room was clean and tidy
The bathroom is extremely small.
The electrical outlet was a mess. Cords hanging everywhere and we couldn’t even find a way to use the water kettle. Paint flaking off the walls in the shower/bathroom.
Room itself was clean. Was ok for a place to lay your head for a night but expect nothing more.
I am normally not very keen on remote checking in, but this went very smoothly. Very easy, we had all details before arrival and got straight in to property.
Pictures are true representation of room. Loved the room, bathroom is small but in my experiance this is normal in Istanbul. Hot water, shower worked well. Clean. Easy to find. If you go on Istiklal Caddesi and turn by the Galatasary Lise and keep walking you will find it on the right as you go down hill.
Very good value for money, great location, I would definitely stay here again if I come to Istanbul.

occasionally loud voices from other places in the building, only happened during short periods while I was there so not a major issue.
The location is nice, a bit away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is great, very welcoming and helpful!
From Thursday to Sunday it's loud, if you are a sensitive sleeper, can be a problem!
Comfortable and clean room in a traditional but renovated building. There are only 3 independent rooms in the building and a small cafe downstairs. The room is not big but the size is perfect for one person. The desk is convenient and Wi-Fi fast/reliable. There are a lot of eateries and shops in walking distance as well as some areas of interest in the vicinity, the perfect neighbourhood life! The street is fairly quiet at night for the area (it does get loud in the evenings, especially on the weekend). Communication via booking and instructions received via WhatsApp were excellent. This is an excellent option for seasoned independent travellers and guests familiar with the city. Good value for money.
There is hardly any space to open a suitcase. The fridge and TV cannot be plugged in at the same time as there is only one socket, this could be easily sorted with an extension. A small lamp by the bed would be nice.
As others have mentioned, the floor is a bit squeaky and you can hear guests in the room above you. The bathroom is wet room style and not very big. A different shower head (facing down) would probably help avoid flooding. Small narrow stairs and no lift. These things are all fairly normal for the type of building and area and did not bother me personally but it may not be for everyone.

Freshly renovated, ultra clean rooms! Beautiful views from level 3. Only three rooms in this accommodation, one room per floor (no elevator). Superb location in walking distance to all major land marks.
Communication with hotel was great - they responded quickly and efficiently. We had couple minor issues at the start with the hotel address confusion (address provided by Booking.com) and wifi connection. Both issues were resolved promptly.

Water builds up in the shower as the floor level is not slopping towards the drain. It was okay for a quick shower but rather uncomfortable in general.
The location is nice no noise and near the center. New furnished room and clean.
No room service no reception. It is somehow like an Airbnb but it was very good.
