Wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed by the staff on arrival. They had already kindly organised our transport from Da Nang to Hoi An. We explained we wanted to go to a tailor, which they organised, and sent us to a very good local tailor. They also spent time with us looking at tours. The Hoi An Memories show was fantastic! And we chose to go on a day trip tour to Chan island for sightseeing, snorkling & swimming. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. They even came and asked us if we needed drinks whilst at the pool. (First ones to ask whilst on our travels) Really lovely kind & caring staff. Thank you so much 😊

Cons:

The door to the hallway was only frosted glass, which was fine until someone left the hallway light on. We had noticed they were making changes and had already rectified this problem on some of the other doors. 👍

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

- Great staff. Miss Nin and Miss Thun were charming and helpful.
- Pool, garden and restaurant areas were a beautiful and relaxing place to be.
- Price was very reasonable.
- While the area is far from town, beach it is generally green and quiet (when no karaoke)

Cons:

- There are sometimes karaoke weddings hosted on the road nearby. These are at maximum volume. I had two in a week.
- The location is a little far from beaches and old town. Free bikes would have been good to offset this.

A wonderful Hotel with such friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel has a small elevator where I was taken to the third floor to a very large room and a huge bed. I think they put a full and a twin together, but they were well presented with crisp linens.

Very good small scale hotel with top location
