Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent , close to all the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly , and really helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

„5 hónappal ezelőtt foglaltam 4 szobát, és a szálloda egyoldalúan visszamondta a foglalásomat. A pénzt visszautalták, majd megnyugtattak, hogy átfoglalnak egy másik szállodába, ami nem történt meg. Semmilyen felvilágosítást nem kaptam, sőt a recepcióval sem tudtam beszélni. Nagyon elfoglaltak, és vissza sem hívnak, ahogy ígérték.”

Ужасная гостиница. Пристает персонал нагло, обманывают постель не меняют вай фай не работает и тд
Pros:

Заказали встречу в Аэропорту, забыли встретить и много других минусов от гостиницы. Добирались самостоятельно, на ресепшене хамоватый и наглый персонал один из них АСАД.Не соответствует своему названию(Бренду). Персонал испортил весь новогодний праздник нашей семье. Не попадайтесь на их скидки и прочие хитрости. Гостиница отстой
We booked an airport pickup, but they forgot to meet us, along with many other negatives about the hotel. We got there ourselves, and the reception staff was rude and arrogant, one of them being ASAD. It doesn't live up to its name (brand). The staff ruined our family's entire New Year's celebration. Don't fall for their discounts and other tricks. The hotel sucks.

Loud noise and dirty rooms.

Rooms were not very clean. Carpets were permenantly stained. Low ceilings. VERY LOUD NOISE COMING FROM OUTSIDE.

RESTAURANT CALLED ARMADA WAS CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL. A door from the hotel was also opening to the restaurant. The restaurant was playing loud music every evening till midnight.

I COULD NOT SLEEP ALL THE NIGHTS. IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. I COMPLAINED IT TO THE RECEPTION. RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE MUSIC.

I WOULD HAVE LEFT THE HOTEL ON FIRST NIGHT, BUT MY OTHER 2 NIGHTS WERE NOT CANCELLABLE.

I BARELY SLEPT AT THIS HOTEL.

IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. MY WHOLE TRIP WAS RUINED DUE TO BAD SLEEP.

Defo not a 5 star hotel. In need of a refurbishmemt. Good location.
Pros:

Location was good and hotel staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and room coming from the drains.
A lot of noise coming from public outside the hotel, especially late at night. My room was front facing and I was on the second floor. Mattress very uncomfortable.
