The hotel ordered and I paid for a taxi at 5:30am. Never showed up and no staff was to be found at the hotel. Knocked on all doors and bell to find out where the taxi was. No one appeared. Complete
Lack of care for the client. Ended up paying for an Uber and almost lost my flight.
