The size of the room and no TV and other missing necessities
At the check in had a room that didn’t suit my liking and standards. Upon requesting to change it. The staff were very friendly, comprehensive and pro active. They did took my request seriously and allocate me new room.

The windows are not soundproof we where hearing everything from the early morning.
The head shower is not working well
The basin mixer is leaking
The hotel is charming and beautifully reflects Beirut’s distinctive architectural style. Its central location offers convenient access to many cafés and restaurants. What impressed me most was the hotel staff: they helped me order flowers through local apps, shared useful tips for getting around the area, and were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
My room didn't have AC. The weather was very hot and AC would have been a welcomed feature.
Cute & cost place, clean, friendly staff, great central location. Also, breakfast was amazing.
