Pros:

Interesting renovation of an old property. Careful attention to details.
Excellent breakfast. Easy access to Armenia Street bars, restaurants and stores.

Cons:

I found it strange to have the toilet in the bedroom, although Inam not sure how else they could have arranged things. I was on my own, but if I.had been with a partner, I would have found it awkward.

Très bel établissement de charme, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Gemmayzé. À proximité de tous les restaurants, bars et attractions.

Pros:

The location is super, in the heart of the buzzing Gemmayze, you are minutes away on foot from many bars and restaurants and minutes drive away from the important parts of Beirut.
I loved the amazing smells of the soaps and lotions in the room and the concept of the rooms and the common space. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

The whole building is not noise protected, so being very central makes it also very nosiy at night. Also for the two nights I stayed the place was rented for events so it was noisy all night. My room (room 1) overlooks a seating area separated by just a window, I woke up everyday on noise almost in my room at 7am the two days.
