Wer nur übernachten will ist hier richtig
Pros:

Zentral gelegen und kostenloser Parkplatz gutes Frühstück um die Ecke

Cons:

Sehr warm zu warme Bettdecken Lärm von Barbesuchern und pkw der Fernseher ist eine Katastrophe

Amazing place, we will come back!
Pros:

Fantastic location with a lot of flair. The room was spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. Nice kitchenette and coffee machine. The facilities, in particular the roof terrace and basketball court, are awesome!

Cons:

A few chairs and a proper table in the room would be nice. Cutlery and dishes available in the kitchenette were a bit limited.

Ne pas avoir besoin de contacter l'établissement une fois l'argent encaissé le client est délaissé
Pros:

Le design, l'agencement, appartement très beau et propre, lits confortables.

Cons:

J'avais réservé pour 5 personnes et l'appartement à été préparé pour 4 donc la 5eme personne n'avait pas le nécessaire de toilette, pas d'oreiller, pas de couverture ni de draps.
J'ai envoyé un message à l'établissement et un mail, je n'ai toujours pas eu de retour.
Il s'en fiche, l'argent est encaissé et c'est moi qui ai été embêté car il a fallu se débrouiller pour dormir alors que j'ai payer pour cette prestation...
Je ne pouvais pas appeler ne parlant pas leur langue mais j'espérais avoir un retour à mes messages.
La cafetière est cassé il faut se débrouiller pour mettre la capsule par le dessous pour avoir du café car si on la met normalement elle ne descend pas et est écrasée si on veut fermer pour perforer la capsule.
Il manque des couverts donc pour un appartement de 4 à 6 personnes c'est compliqué il ne faut pas manger tous en même temps idem pour le déjeuner.

Nächsten Mal werden wir ein anderes Hotel in Chemnitz wählen
Pros:

Die Rooftop Bar war sehr gut. Am Zimmer, das eine kleine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso) vorhanden war.

Cons:

Es waren keine Handtücher vorhanden, keine kleinen um die Hände abzutrocken und keine Dusch oder Badehandtücher!!
Das Bad und das Bett waren zwar sauber, aber Fussboden war nicht wirklich sauber und die Fensterbänke haben vermutlich schon längere Zeit keinen Putzlappen gesehen.

Besonderes Flair. Ideal für Feiern oder Events in der Fabrik.

Cons:

Mobile Klimageräte am offenen Fenster waren eine Notlösung, um Grund der heißen Temperaturen.

Pros:

Świetnie zagospodarowana przestrzeń, duży bezpłatny parking, blisko wyjazd na autostradę. Ciekawy bar na dachu budynku. Oryginalne sufity i klatka schodowa. Miejsce z ogromnym potencjałem, dobrze wykorzystane.
Bardzo łatwe i wygodne zameldowanie.
Nadaje się na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt.
Jak dla mnie trochę za miękki materac, ale to już co kto lubi, więc dla innych może być na plus.

Cons:

Słabo działająca klimatyzacja.

Great stay and good value. Will definitely return
Pros:

Great design, quiet area, comfy apartments and useful to have a small kitchen area. Easy parking. Nice coffee and eating options at the deli.

Cons:

No lift (if you have heavy bags). Doesn't feel too secure (main door access) but only minor gripes.

Awesome accommodation in a good location
Pros:

The location was amazing. Overall a great experience with good facilities and also clean. Coffee capsules in the room and small kitchenette were excellent.

Wenn wieder mal eine Übernachtung in Chemnitz ansteht, dann auf jeden Fall FSA.
Pros:

Mein Mann war mit unserem Sohn zu einer Übernachtung aufgrund eines Wettkampfes in den FSA . Beide waren sehr begeistert von dem ganzen Areal mit Lounge u.v.m.

Originelles Ambiente in Chemnitz
Pros:

Das Hotel in einer ehemaligen Strickmaschinenfabrik ist originell und modern. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hell. Frische Blumen überraschten uns im Bad und im Zimmer. Frühstücken kann man in der hauseigenen Bäckerei.

Cons:

Ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer wäre schön. Leider war trotz Sonntag Nachmittag die Dachterrasse geschlossen.

Sehr tolles Design und für Familien perfekt. Tolle RooftopBar und Basketballfeld.

Cons:

Sauber, modern und sehr interessantes Konzept, Eigentümer konnte auch sehr schnell helfen als es einen Fauxpas mit dem Schlüssel gab. Ganz großes Dankeschön dafür.
