Рекомендую, за таку ціна відповідає якості
Pros:

Дуже чисто ( не було жодних зайвих запахів чи комах)і є все необхідне( посуд, пральна машина, телевізор ). Парковка на подвір’ї, що є великою перевагою на острові. У кожному номері своя ванна кімната. Є чистий басейн. Ціна дуже адекватна за такі апартаменти на острові.

Pros:

House was clean and very neat. Carlos was very helpful for everyting. The cat was very cute and playful. Didn’t use the pool, but it’s definitely clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Noise from other guests was hearable and the road to the house can make it tricky if 2 cars have to pass each other. For the reat everything was perfect.

Maison partagée idéale pour tout types de voyageurs (couple, famille, groupe d’amis…etc)
Pros:

Nous avions réserver une seule nuit et nous aurions préférer rester plus longtemps! Au vu de la courte durée du séjour, nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement de tout les équipements (qui était tous parfait!) l’emplacement était idéal avec un endroit où se garer juste à côté si vous avez peur de ne pas réussir à manœuvrer ! La chambre était confortable avec une superbe vue depuis le balcon!

Cons:

Rien de particulier, si je chipote je dirait que la télé est trop petite depuis le lit mais cela n’était pas gênant puisque nous l’avons très peu utilisé.

Le logement était propre et la cuisine était bien équipée.

Cons:

La douche ne fonctionnait pas. Enjeux avec l’alimentation en eau chaude. Nous avions eu l’information que nous pourrions utiliser un laveuse à linge. Nous ne l’avons jamais trouvé et n’avons pas eu de retour de la part des propriétaires. La communication était très très lente ou absente.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Cons:

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the shower was very hard to navigate, hot water wasn't always there. The street to drive up to the house and the parking gates are not for the faint hearted, very hard to get in and out. Also the box for the keys is very outdated and very hard to open to lock to receiving your keys. As previous reviewers stated, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other guests, especially if you get unlucky and they are noisy and inconsiderate that it is a shared space.

Pros:

Чистые номера. Большая кухонная зона ( общая для всех жильцов), есть все необходимое. Останавливались зимой, электрообогреватель отлично поддерживал необходимую температуру.

Cons:

- отсутствие полочек в ванной комнате.
- отсутствие фена ( на запрос, ответ от арендодателя получили уже после check-out)😕

Perfect for a short stay and a great price.
Pros:

Lovely room, lovely pool to chill by and easy to access and park.

Cons:

It’s a bit like a Bed & breakfast with all guests sharing a communal area / kitchen / pool. Not really a problem, just there wasn’t much privacy other than your bedroom.
